Really helpful at all stages, offered value for money and thoughtful throughout. The installer Ricky Haden was brilliant.

Mike and Dave were very helpful.

We’ve now got a fabulous shower room and everywhere was left neat and tidy.
We highly recommend Jamie and Premier Care.

Good installation with good fitter and pleased with bathroom. Good job tarnished as extra rubbish from another job was left in front garden and wind blew packaging all over garden and street. Took a number of days to resolve.

I felt very pressured by salesman to agree deal and pay instalments.
I used Premier because I was told that we could have a wet room (other suppliers had said that it wasn't possible) but once the Surveyor (who was very helpful) had been he said that it was impossible to do in our bathroom.
The installer was very efficient and quick. He made very little mess and the rubbish was taken away promptly.
The shower works well and the pump isn't too noisy.

Mr Ken Ashman and his colleague, Russell were most polite and hardworking. They have done an excellent job installing the new shower unit purchased from Premier care and I would recommend them and yourselves to anyone

Excellent service from start to end of the job. Whole project took less than 3 weeks from sales advisors visit to completion.

Particular mention to our fitter Luke, who was respectful, considerate and thoughtful whilst in our home. He arrived when he said he would, worked hard and to an excellent standard and kept us up to date throughout the job. Special thanks to Alan, from customer care who's regular contact throughout the project was invaluable and meant that any minor issues (of which there were very few) were quickly resolved.

We're really pleased with our new bathroom and our decision to make the change from a traditional bathroom to a wet room.

We were guided and supported all the way through. All dates and commitments were met on time.
Martin and John the fitters were superb, very high standard of workmanship and very considerate of our well being and needs. The completed bathroom refurbishment exceeded our expectations.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be able ,if necessary to contact a company directly rather than push buttons to speak to a recording . This experience has been amazing. Over many years we have had home improvement, carpets laid, garden revamped etc and with no intention of disrespecting anyone , we feel Constantine is the most endearing man. He is patient,answers silly questions and his work is amazing. He is a very polite and respectful man to work in people’s homes. Thank you for choosing him to install our new bathroom

Nigel the bathroom fitter did an excellent job, cleaning up everyday and after installation explaining everything to our satisfaction. the electrician harry also did a good job. the materials arrived on time and were correct. after care was good the rubbish was taken away as soon as the bathroom was completed the company representative beth ,phoned up every day to check things were going smoothly and there was not any problems.

Absolutely delighted with the final results after the installation of our new wet room. We were fortunate to have one of the most highly regarded specialists to do the work, Mark Kendall, who was quick, efficient and dependable. The estimated time for completion was 10 days, however, it was finished in 6 and a half, the final half day for electrical work carried out by a different contractor. I would recommend Mobility Bathing Group to anyone interested in a bathroom conversion.

Daily phone calls to see if I was happy with the work. Paul and Jake are excellent plumbers/fitters. Work was tidy, clean, and expertly fitted. Couldn't ask for better service. Would highly recommend Premier Care.

Very pleased with our bathroom installation. Nick was very professional at all times and was very understanding.

The experience wasn't great, but they did the best they could, and I was very satisfied with the result. The bathroom is all I could wish for, so I am very pleased with the outcome.
My only criticism is the three payments; a bit cumbersome. Surely a down payment and a final payment are all that is necessary?
