Second time I've reviewed this company...seems this is the only way to get a response off them...sent 6 emails and phoned 3 times to get info on missing item...only response was to my negative review... stating they haven't heard off me... birthday been and gone now and still no item... terrible terrible customer service...needless to say I won't be returning

Having used these a few times previously I’ve always had good service.
My latest order was a disaster, even though my delivery instructions stated the delivery address is closed for deliveries on weekends the courier left 2 items on the floor on the other side of a closed gate (anyone can reach through the gate)
Needless to say by the time I had got to the business address both items had gone.
I’m now trying to get a refund or replacement for these items, depending on how this goes I will update my review
*Edit - received a refund via PayPal dispute for one of the items, still trying to get the other one refunded, support basically non existent!

No idea how.to send back cant get hold of anyone, no return or exchange available, I bought a shirt too big and need to get smaller one

The dart board is lovely however was damaged. Was going to return but I have been waiting for this since last year and knew they were out of stock again so didn’t want to risk not getting another one. Have just put it up as it is

Get company can't fault them

You cannot get them to answer the phone when you contact Customer Support. They’ve sent the wrong darts and even the return page will not allow me to return the darts that they have sent wrong 

Ordered couple things on Friday, item was “dispatched” before 10 am yet on Saturday I check and see it won’t be getting delivered till the following Monday, for a company that charges 6.95 for express delivery and they don’t not guarantee next day delivery let alone weekend delivery is very poor considering what others offer and at much cheaper price, my first purchase from premier darts, not sure if I’ll be back and also Upon looking on the website on a Thursday it said order now for express delivery and get in delivered on Monday… and for a charge of £6.95 for express delivery 1-2 days, that’s quite a poor service

Ordered from these guys for quite a few months. Deliveries always fast. Never had any issues. I made an error on a delivery address, so I emailed them and they got in touch quickly and sorted it out for me with no issues. Certainly the best online darts supplier I have used and will continue to use them for future orders. Keep up the good work 👍

Don’t be fooled by their prices!

misleading descriptions and awful customer service are a recipe for disaster….. “premier”darts are a disaster!

Had a blade 6 and oche delivered, don't get me wrong the items were damaged and the dart board was used but I contacted premier darts, they sent an item up the next day for us.
It was annoying getting damaged items but they went out their way to quickly resolve.

Poor customer service, no apology. Darts never turned up and up to 10 days for a refund. Darts I ordered now sold out. They couldn’t care less. Will not be using again.

Ordered some flights and stems just over a week ago and paid for 2 day delivery. The item has shown as it has arrived at the carrier facility and has been showing that for the last 6 days.

I have contacted Premier darts twice now and have received one response which simply states your order is currently at the Amazon depot, it is expected to be scanned shortly and dispatched for delivery.

I have now requested a refund for a missing package and have not yet received any responses.

Ordered over £50 and got express 1 day delivery, it’s now saying that it’s not turning up until 5 days after ordered placed, never ordering again from them. I’ll be sticking to Target or somewhere else where they actually do what they say with delivery times, useless.

Probably the best dart shop about I live up in Scotland and 6.50 for express shipping it’s a no brainier comes the next day or within 48hr 10/10 would 100% would recommend

Fantastic service, ordered last night was dispatched less than an hour later and arrived this morning in fantastic packaging. Cannot fault them at all!
