I'm not sure what item this review is for as the email did not mention the item. Therefore I cannot comment on what my experience was.

Ordering was fast and efficient and the package arrived well protected.

The autographed sports memorabilia was delivered with care and with no damage.

Packaging was woefully insufficient for a limited, signed, collectible hardcover. Packaging was open to the elements at the corners (anything packed in this manner would be susceptible to dirt and moisture damage). The packaging itself was also not strong enough to protect the book inside from damage sustained during shipping, and when it arrived corners of the hardcover were indeed badly damaged, and there was also moisture damage (warping). An additional concern: in terms of package security, you should not be able to see inside the “box” without opening it. This was not an actual box, just a piece of cardboard folded into the shape of an envelope, with wide-open corners. 100% unacceptable. One would reasonably expect a company with a name like “Premier Collectibles” to try *much* harder to protect their customer’s merchandise in shipping. Luckily, they had tacked package insurance onto the order (I had no choice, which would seem to indicate they are aware of the potential for damage), and I am glad they did. The claim was processed and the order refunded, but this should never have happened in the first place. Proper packaging could have prevented it. Premier collectibles: please use better packaging.

Would do negative stars if I could since it appears that this company is a scam. Still haven't received my order sheet closer to 2 months.

Pre ordered special edition signed album 4 of the 5 signatures look like the ink was out to the point you can't see them. Better quality control needed. Shipped on time and received on time.

I really hate to give bad reviews, as I know that often times things can happen beyond anyone's control and thus negatively reviewing a business based on such occurances can often be unfair. However, in this case I feel my dissatisfaction is justified. I am a brand new customer and somewhat recently (almost two months ago) placed three seperate, individual orders for three seperate items. Two of the items were "pre-order" items with aniticpated future release/shipping dates. OK. Fine. No problem. One item, however, was NOT a pre-order item and, according to their website, has been available for shipping since May of 2025 and I know for a fact the vinyl in question was released last year and is not a future release. So I purchased it, anticipating that I would receive it within maybe a couple of weeks. Pretty reasonable expectation, I believe. Well, here we are, six weeks later, and nothing. The item is still awaiting to be fulfilled and hasn't even been packed yet. It's literally just sitting in their warehouse. I've emailed them three times over the last six weeks inquiring as to the status (again, not unreasonable) and what the delay may be (i.e. item out of stock and awaiting more? Need to obtain artist signature? etc.) and the only thing I'm told is "We're very busy. We'll get to it in the order it was received. If you'd like, we'll cancel your order, otherwise please just continue to wait". HUH?? No explanation? No ETA for fulfillment/shipment of order? Just "thank you for waiting and please keep waiting"? My last email to them was last week, and here were are another week later (six weeks now) and still nothing. I'd cancel this order, except I really want the item and have already invested six weeks in waiting so at this point I'm going to wait it out and see if I even ever receive the item and, if so, when. Honestly, it's almost comical at this point. And the best part is they keep bombarding me with emails daily to purchase more items, yet they cannot fulfill the item I purchased six weeks ago. Sigh. They seem to have some freat stuff and was really hoping for a better experience. Now, I doubt I'll be purchasing anything else from them. I just don't have the patience to place an online order and then just wait indfinitely day after day, week after week, and now we're into month after month. It's very stressful for me and there are many other companies I've done business with that don't treat new customers as if they (the business) is doing us (the customer) a favor by allowing us to purchase their awesome items and then requiring us to just sit patiently and wait for them to someday finally get to our order(s). On a side note, I'm a real collector and have purchased several other signed items (vinyl, drumsticks and a signed drum head) over the last six weeks from other companies (whose names I won't mention here) and I've already recieved those items! There are many other items on this site I'd like to purchase and add to my collection, but based on this experience... yeah, no thank you.

My signed Poppy Vinyl looks great and came relatively quickly.

I wanted to pre-order a book and they had it available. The process went smooth and the book arrived as soon as it became available. I would purchase from them again.

Ordered 3 signed sheet music items. 2 items were received on 11/24/25 but 1 was missing. I tried 3 times by email to get the rest of my order. The last time was 1/13/26. I never received a response an d have never been credited for the missing item. Missing item is LH-SM-949-GGG36370-SHEET. Order # 395705197358.

Incidentally, many of the "signed" books are simply Bookplate signatures attached to the books. The books are not actually signed.

I purchased a Mystery Box recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and nature of the autographed item enclosed. I have purchased a number of items from this vendor and have yet to be disappointed.

I recieved exactly what I ordered, great communication. And I loved it!

I placed an order that was supposed to ship by mid-march. Then I was told it would ship by 4/9, today I am told it will ship by 4/17. Same story week after week. No action….super dissatisfied.

My book is a month late, now. Their chat is the only way to contact them. They are not helpful. Two and a half months since I bought it. My email has been flooded with their advertising, that's about it.

The book was well packaged in good condition and is as described. Took about two weeks to receive. I am delighted to have it autographed by the author, a bonus! Can't wait to dive in and read it!

Order cancelled and refunded with no explanation even after numerous attempts to contact and get an explanation.
