Dear Joe, first of all, I'm really sorry that this happened to you, and I feel your pain. Second, you have the WRONG COMPANY lol.
However, I'm glad that you wrote this because people often confuse me with another company. I wanted to take this moment to differentiate myself from this other "Premier Match" because I am "Premier Matchmaking International." So, I am attaching the review site of another company who has a similar name to me as they do have mixed reviews, but all of my reviews are 4-5 stars. I think the company you are trying to complain about is this one below:
https://www.yelp.com/biz/premier-match-new-york?utm_campaign=www_business_share_popup&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=(direct)
However, the owner above is “Christie Nightingale” not me, “Chanelle Nager”. So please be aware of the difference, I also don’t have anyone working for me named “Beatrice”. And I am not a "dating coach" I am a matchmaker and fashion stylist. Different company, different owner, different website, different services, so clearly this is not me.
Furthermore, I want to use this as an opportunity to educate the public and anyone reading this on HOW TO SPOT a SCAM matchmaker that could waste your time and money:
1) Make sure the company shows your matches in advance before signing so you can see their quality...and NEVER sign up for an agency offering "blind dates" (this is for ugly people lol).
2) Make sure they are offering actual dates (including a restaurant reservation and in-person meet-up), not "introductions" and them simply giving you a phone number (because it could be a fake number or fake photos they are selling).
3) Obviously, do your research and check their reviews, but READ the reviews, because something like this is not even my company, which is unfair to me and defamatory to my stellar reputation. But I understand how you got us confused.
I really wish I could help you and remedy this, but you are not my customer, so sadly, there's nothing I can do. But it sounds like you should have come to me instead!
