Unsure of its a scam. Ordered my bed sheet on 22 July and it said it would be delivered between 29 July and 4 August. But the tracking wouldn't work. I contacted them and they sent new tracking but it now says it won't arrive until 14 August. I queried this and they havent replied. All seeming a bit sketchy. I will update if it actually arrives

Excellent sheet. Enjoying it immensely. My recommendation would be for it to come in fitted version as I am having fights each morning when I make up my bed and at night before I got to bed to ensure it is centered on my mattress under my fitted sheet.

After buying a small grounding mat elsewhere for under my desk, I wanted to try a larger grounding sheet for all-night grounding and went with Premium Grounding because we could sleep on our normal fitted sheets over it. After a restless first night I definitely noticed a reduction in body soreness as time went on. I fractured an ankle and sprained both of them not long after we got it, but weirdly I had no pain. Coincidence? My husband, who is a late-night gamer, says he doesn't take as long to drop off to sleep, and he seems less fidgety. My sleep is definitely a higher quality, I don't think you can regret giving it a go.

Update: Following our review and response from Premiumgrounding, we conducted additional research and decided to retry our grounding sheet, as we believe we were receiving benefits. Due to the other damage that we sustained from the lightning strike, we feel that if electrocution were possible, we certainly would have been electrocuted. We have retested our sheet with our digital multimeter, and it is still functioning.

We have just passed the 90-day refund window, which is unfortunate. We did notice some slight improvements in our sleep and joint pain; however, we recently had a near-lightning strike on our home, causing many of our electrical systems to fail. When the electrician was repairing an outlet in our master suite, he noticed that we had a grounding sheet and issued a stern warning. He stated that, even though the sheet is plugged into the outlet's ground hole, if your home is struck by lightning, the electrical burst could travel through the entire socket and electrify the sheet and those sleeping on it. We were sleeping when this happened, so we were no longer comfortable with the potential risk, so we lost our investment.

We felt better from the first night using it.

I bought 2 sets, grounding sheet and mat. 1 for my neighbours and 1 for myself.
After using it for 30 days I asked about returning them because I had gained no benefits at all. I was written a spiel about what I could do to improve the impact and how long it can take. I took note and did recommended steps. Still after another approximately 30 days there was still no difference or benefit, For my neighbours or myself. I asked again about returning the product under the 90 day money back guarantee. I was told the terms, which I could not fund stated on the website, Are that it must be returned in original packaging and that the free gift (the mat) must not be opened or used. I would be very sceptical about the company and product and whatever you do, Don't use it or open it before you return it. What a load of crock. Just a money leaching company. I will be deferring anyone that wants to consider this company to purchase from. Feeling robbed and disappointed. NEVER AGAIN

“ I had been wanting to try this product for quiet some time, and then I found out about an Australian company selling them so I thought I would take a plunge and check it out for myself. I have only had them for 4 weeks and I cannot say that I am really noticing much difference in my overall feeling of wellness or reduced cortisol. If I believe that it is having the grounding effect that it says it should be, then I will run with that. Unfortunately, it has not been helping improve my sleep or keep me from waking up at around 3am to 5am most days without an alarm clock. I am keen to give it more time to check to see if it eventually provides more benefits.

I have been using this grounding sheet and floor mat for a few months now, and the results have been positive. What I appreciate most about each of the two products interchangely is I feel significantly better in my day-to-day life - I have noticed a clear improvement in the quality of my rest and in how my body feels when I wake up. I've implemented a routine where I use the floor mat during the day while I am working or active, and then transition to the bed sheet at night.

It only took a couple of nights to notice no stiffness getting out of bed, My bp has improved. Honestly I'm amazed how it works! My whole body is more relaxed, l can sleep on my back in comfort. Thankyou Premium Grounding ❤️

I do not recommend this company. I ordered an item. Company sent wrong thing. To get a PARTIAL refund, I had to pay return post & they deducted original free postage out, from my refund. $17 to Aus Post for their ignorance of their own product. Ineptitude!!
Greedy mean money grabbing business practice is not goodwill customer service.

As I have had poor sleep most of my life, I thought/hoped this pillow case would help. I’m very surprised and happy by the results.

The first 2 nights my head felt warmer than usual. Not uncomfortable, just warmer. During those nights I didn’t want to sleep, because my mind was so calm and still, which I’d never experienced before, so I just wanted to enjoy the awareness. It made me imagine how deep meditation would feel. Also, my body just felt happier to just stay still. It was wonderful.

By the 4th night I wasn’t aware of the deep calmness in my mind, but my body was, and still is, calm. Even though I haven’t got to the point of having the required amount of sleep each night, I find it’s easier for me to control my mind, by reminding myself that the pillow case is helping me, even when I don’t think it is.

Would I recommend this pillow case? Absolutely. One day I hope to get the grounding sheet, but until then, I’m more than happy with my purchase.
