Ordered same colour paint again as last year but its lightet colour...
Ordered the same grey concrete floor paint that i had used last year, but on day of painting the garden floor noticed colour was much lighter then the paint i used last year even though I ordered exact same paint and colour again....
I had no choice but to continue painting the floor as the painter was booked...
I am so dissapointed as really dont like this lighter colour...i did make customer service aware of this but they dont really seem that bothered...
So it seems that there is no gaurantee of getting the same colour if you order same one again...i have sent customer service a picture of the differance in last years paint and one they sent me now...if i could i would post the pic here

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear the shade wasn't what you expected, but we must clarify why this variation occurs.
As noted across our website, the paints and coatings we sell are manufactured in separate production batches, meaning minor color variations can happen between orders placed at different times, especially a year apart. External surfaces also naturally weather and change shade over twelve months, making a seamless blend with a fresh batch difficult.
While we understand you had a painter ready to go, we always recommend stopping application immediately if you are dissatisfied with the paint. Once the paint is fully rolled out, it makes it much harder for our team to remedy the situation.
If possible, we recommend contacting our customer support team before application in case we are able to offer you an exchange for a different colour that you may prefer.

Beware out of date paint
Beware. I did two different orders through premium paints.
All paint was out of date. One 5 litre Everest masonry paint out of date by over a year.
Both orders had variables in the colour even though I had ordered the same colour as before.
The Everest pearl grey was so out of date that the paint arrived so thick that the huge lumps couldn’t be stirred out.
20 litre tin arrived damaged.
The anthracite was so watery it didn’t even look like masonry paint.
When I complained I got 15% off my next order.
Go direct - do not order from premium paints as they are not!

Have used your paints on garage floor
Have used your paints on outside of house before, never had a problem. This time I bought epoxy primer sealer with hardener and 2 tubs of epoxy resin concrete floor paint and 2 tubs of hardener. They were stored seperate with correct hardener beside correct tin. Sealer primer went on easy and was dry enough to walk on in 14 hrs and topcoat Ed in 16 hours. The first tin of top coat mixed for two minutes with hardener was really hard to apply and required an incredible amount of effort to put on the floor and is still tacky after 24 hours. The second tub with the same hardener mixed for two minutes as the first went on effortlessly and was dry after 10hrs. There is no difference in texture appearance or colour, so why did one tin take 1hr to put down and the other 10 mins and only use 50% of tin for same amount of floor as the first. Can only assume I was given a bad tin of paint or hardener.

Because two-part epoxy resin systems rely on a precise chemical reaction, variations in application effort, coverage, and drying time usually come down to a few factors. If the first mix sat in the tub for slightly longer before being poured onto the floor, it can begin its curing process (gelling) early, causing it to thicken rapidly, become hard to spread, and alter its final cure time. Alternatively, any slight variation in how thoroughly the hardener was blended throughout the entire tin can impact the results.
Terrible service, slow delivery
Terrible service! No communication whatsoever from the company and been waiting six days for my order since order confirmation. It’s not even been posted out yet - It should not take a week+ to deliver a simple paint order. 😡

Good quality paint
Good quality product, excellent appearance and finish. However:
I place an order on Thursday and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery - it arrived on the Monday!
The product description for the sealer and primer said to allow 4-6 hours to dry - it was touch dry within and hour.
I kept the polyurethane paint (unopened) for 2 years and when I opened it there was a thick solid layer (approx. 1mm) which I had to remove.

I completely understand how frustrating it is waiting for an order to arrive, but I wanted to clarify that our 1-2 working day delivery service operates on working days. Because weekends are not included, an order placed on Thursday and delivered on Monday falls exactly within that 2 working day window (Friday being day one, and Monday being day two).
Regarding the drying time, local conditions like temperature and airflow can certainly speed things up, though we still suggest leaving it for the recommended window before recoating. For the polyurethane paint, a thin skin can sometimes form over a two-year period due to the small amount of air sealed inside the tin during manufacturing, but the paint beneath remains perfectly fine to use once that layer is removed.
We appreciate your business and hope you love the final results of your project.

I ordered some paint and payed for overnight delivery, expecting a delivery 1 or 2 days, however it was delivered on the 3rd day with they class as free delivery. I did contact them and they refunded by delivery charge, how ever when weather was that bad by the time the paint arrived I have not been able to use it yet, missing the 3 very sunny days that I could have used the paint,

Because our items ship from separate warehouses via different couriers, your order was split into two packages. I can see that while the first package arrived safely on time via our free standard delivery service, the second package containing your accessories unfortunately slipped a day outside of our 2-3 working day window.
