Niet bestellen!
Twee sim kaarten besteld. 1 werkte prima, de andere totaal niet. Waar de klantenservice eerst snel en vriendelijk reageerde was deze opeens niet meer te bereiken. Een malige bestelling dus.

I had a good experience with…
I had a good experience with prepaidzero.com. Activation was very easy. 21 days of unlimited internet and unlimited (international) calling. Google Maps also worked well in the car via the telephone. Worth repeating.

e-sim werkt niet, nooit antwoord teruggekregen
Ik had 2 e-sims besteld voor het verblijf van mij en mijn vriendin in de VS. 1 van beide werkte goed, maar de andere niet. Zowel tijdens mijn verblijf in de VS als erna contact proberen zoeken. 1 keer een bericht terug gekregen met de vraag welke telefoon ik heb, erna (6 mails later) nog steeds geen antwoord/compensatie teruggekregen.

Must buy when traveling outside Europe for me

Zeer tevreden. Werkt op OPPO A74
We waren van te voren een beetje sceptisch om een prepaid kaart voor de USA aan te schaffen. Maar na een mailtje met de helpdesk, bleek dat wanneer we ons toestel op comptabiliteit met het USA netwerk zouden controleren, dit zeker zou werken. Dit gedaan (OPPO A74 5G) en het zou moeten werken. We hebben twee simkaarten gekocht en eerlijk is eerlijk, van te voren geïnstalleerd en het werkte direct en overal waar we zijn geweest in de USA. We zijn 3 weken in de USA in Texas en Oklahoma geweest in febr/maart 2024. In september gaan we weer en schaffen er dan zeker weer twee aan. Echte aanbeveling

TMobile Sim for USA
I and my two friends were visiting Miami for the Ultra Music Festival. Upon searching for a reliable E-Sim, I stumped upon Prepaidzero.
Honestly, we were a bit skeptical about the site at first sight, but I insisted on getting our eSims there because they were the only cheaper option to have full 5G connectivity included which was essential for the Festival!
After buying, you have to submit your IMEI and another Number off your phones as an answer to the Email! That was a bit stressful for my friends to figure out but we made it anyway.
Then the day before leaving the E-Sim Activation message popped up on all our devices, one Samsung S24U and Two iPhones!
Just like that, we installed them here in Germany, and they were already working for our pleasure!
Upon arriving at Miami Airport we activated our Mobile Connectivity and just like that it worked like a charm. We had a solid connection thought our whole trip, even at the festival site, where some others were struggling! Couldn’t ask for more, the price for what you get is amazing, and I’ll definitely get my other Sims for upcoming tips here as well!

The e-SIM (USA) could not be activated, and there was neither any help nor any refund from Prepaidzero. Full cost, no service.

Zonder gedoe gebeld en supersnel kunnen internetten in de VS. Bijzonder eenvoudig in gebruik en klantenservice staat op elk moment voor je paraat mocht je vragen hebben.
