Not received our notes after 3 weeks of subscription, Customer support number are always busy. How do FMG students get their books . We are told it will take another 15 working days. No help from 3 tier grievance mails either. Only one sales rep is trying but she can't do much from her side. The notes delivery system is pathetic. Finally received the notes after much efforts after almost 22 days. Grateful for the sincere efforts taken by Ms. Yashi , her seniors and the entire team who coordinated. I still feel notes delivery system and customer service can be improved. I'm glad Ms. Yashi was our counsellor who patiently heard us out and took necessary steps.

Worse customer support ever

Their customer support services sucks like really frustrating you keep sending them email and beg for help they won't even care to reply.

Extremely disappointed with Prepladder.
I paid for a subscription assuming access to a full QBank and learning content — but the QBank for my subject is completely missing or under development, and there is no proper communication or refund policy. They’re still charging full subscription fees for an incomplete product.
This feels misleading and unethical.
I’ve raised complaints multiple times but haven’t received a satisfactory resolution.
Definitely not recommended for pg residency plan

Sales team fraud with me, they just want their advertisement and do fake promises and agreements.

This shameful act has hit hard their dignity and trust

The sales team struck a deal with students to get data from the entire college and then cheated them..

The company sales team is fraud and cheated the students with false commitments they must be fired from the company for their unethical practices and if company is involved in it too that this company must be blacklisted immediately

The sales team is the worst . They mislead students and then deceive them . Truly the worst anyone can do

Worst app…..faking their promises…..they made a deal initially with the students of medical college…took their data in return for a brunch…and now they're backing off

Just a fraud app just cheating on student by practicing fraud technique for advertisement and trapping students to enroll on their buisness ...
Just spoiling students future by malpractices

The sales team are fraud. They are stealing students data. I had faced the consequences of using this app and I wish no other students get fooled by their schemes. Teachers in the platform have only done BSc and teach like 10th fail. Use other platforms instead.

It's a scam
Only thing they need is maximum information of students for which they call do any thing.It has very bad sales team who tricked many people and took information of many students like mobile no., email id etc...

It was really a shamefull act by prepladder
They cheated upcoming 👨‍⚕

Not so trustworthy app.. Fraud people operating it. Making fake promises to the students to collect their data and then deny from their promises. Specially sales team members.

As i represents the college i will make sure that non of the college in chhattisgarh will never entertain prepladder so that they can't be feel cheated . Specially the sales team , the sale team not even contacting and backing of after the company completes its target...
