Healthy and TASTY
Healthy, nutritious and TASTY food. Food doesn’t need to be bland and tasteless to help with your fitness goals. As well as the meals being packed with flavour from the Caribbean (my fave cuisine), they also allow me to stay within my calorie deficit. Best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant!
Ive ordered meals several times, always on point with flavour and the variety changes frequently so can look forward to trying new recipes. I’m always busy and find it difficult to come home and cook every night. Knowing I can grab a healthy, tasty meal is always great. Definitely would recommend!

Great new addition to the meal prep industry!
I train with Kai, I wasn’t bothered about meal prep before I tried his food as thought it would be bland and tastes would be boring, but the food he cooks has so much flavour and brings something different to alternatives I’ve tried in the past. Strongly recommend, especially if you like fresh Caribbean flavours
