Ordered a game; never received

Ordered a game, which provided me with a "tracking number". The number showed my package was delivered to my mailbox; it was not. I reached out to the company to let them know I did not receive my package. They provided me with a different "tracking number" that the USPS had no record of existing. The customer service rep is asking for my name, phone number, address, etc to clarify this matter. At this point, I am going to count my losses, as I do not feel comfortable giving so much personal information to a company who should already have this information. I sent them a screenshot of my confirmation email with proof of purchase. Do not do business with this organization!
It has been 6 weeks, and I still have no resolution.

Is it a scam? No, just really slow shipping with no communication.

It's a scam. Product never comes. OK. It did come but not untill February. I'll save it for next year. The coins are pretty nice but make sure you order them by July if you want them for Christmas.

Terrible company and quality control

Terrible company, typical poor quality Chinese products. Ordered a set of 4 kitchen towels. They are meant to be displayed for the holidays, as each has a quote from the movie Christmas Vacation on it. Received the towels and quality control is terrible. Too embarrassed to display them. One towel has a misspelled word on it… The word “Why” is spelled “Whe.” And another towel has a series of words and a comma between them, but no spaces between them. There are also random quotation marks around the words on just one of the towels, which looks super goofy and cheap. Not at all how the towels were depicted or advertised on their website. I emailed and asked for at least a 25% discount since the towel with the misspelling is completely unusable. Company responded and said they couldn’t because their profit margins are so slim. I pushed back and they agreed to refund 25%, but I’m still waiting. Won’t hold my breath. Do NOT order from this company. Cheap, cheap products.

Their stuff is complete junk

Their stuff is complete junk. I received items immediately said I wanted to return for a refund. After going back and forth for 18 emails I went to PayPal to dispute it. Presentgivers offered me a full refund with item return. They gave me their address in Chinese. I told PayPal, they said use the translation button. Went to post office with address. They said it wasn't a valid address. I'd also have to pay $30 for shipping. More back and forth to get the correct address, PayPal wouldn't do anything because they offered the refund with item returned. I finally disputed with my credit card, they denied my case because I authorized it. Then I called them and fought because of all the BS I went through etc. They reopened case. We'll see how it goes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!.

Order ci10-53635 No Good Company

Order ci10-53635 placed Sept 5th for “buy five-get five free” When order confirmed showed five free didn’t make it.i contacted Sept 5th (date of order) advised them to cancel & refund full amount .Thus began myriad of back & forth “if you want to cancel,etc” I would say Yes-refund & Cancel! Yet another email - I sent at least 1 email a day to cancel-no result. Order not even processed until 9/15 and as of 9/21 was sitting on a dock in China. I continued to issue Cancel/Refund messages with same result. As of today, 9/27, still shipping no satisfaction.
Do Not Do Business With these people! No true communication, no positive result-if they had honored initial order I would have been ok.
I am out $89, no package, not correct order, wanted Refund with no satisfaction. Write this business off-this a a Total Scam-do not order from them! Bad bad juju!
UPDATE: 6/25/25 - Received the Reply below today-Note my review was in Sept. 2024. The reply is a verbatim reply that I received from them in Sept. there was NEVER any response to my messages with a solution. There were only back & forth messages saying same thing with different names. I’m STILL out my $89 and I still don’t have what I ordered! This company is a TOTAL SCAM!

Never received item I paid for.

Update: Finally received my order after emailing multiple times and requesting a refund after waiting so long. They had trouble delivering my product and didn’t contact but me but just sent it back to the warehouse. I will not order from Presentgivers again!

I ordered an item 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my item. I emailed the company saying I never received the item and couldn't follow the tracking either. I was told it would be to my shipping address in a few days, but it still never arrived. I was looking forward to giving this item to my daughter. Disappointing

Shells, sand etc. What I received was 2 letters with a fuzzy, blurred picture stuck onto the top of the letter & the "beach heart" was see through with no colour & nothing in it. They use every excuse under the sun to not refund you, dont waste your money or time.
