Shrinking tee
The tee arrived beautifully, great quality and fit perfectly. Couldn’t wait to wear it. However, it shrunk 1.5 size (from a medium) after first cold wash. Presics said this was acceptable and that I can exchange by paying another $14 for shipping after I contacted them via FB messenger. They also wouldn't post my reviews on their website despite multiple attempts. Presics later offered to send me a new tee (in different colour) since their grey box tees have reported problems - the tee never arrived.

We’re really sorry for the frustration this has caused — especially after you initially loved the fit and quality. The level of shrinkage you experienced isn’t the standard we aim to deliver. We are aiming to make all of our shirts pre-shrunk.
We’ve arranged for a replacement tee to be shipped tomorrow, and we’ll send you the tracking details as soon as it’s dispatched.
