Excellent and I'm fussy !!

Im a hairdresser but also have been using these for many years on my own hair. I have tried many others prior but I found prestige and so happy, the hair just keeps on going and going , it's only because I cut them sometimes that I ever order new for myself, I still have some that I use over 3 years old. I used to buy nano but now I have tapes. I normally have the lightest blonde and they're fabulous. Try them you won't be disappointed!! 💕💯

The best customer service

I had a small issue an I usually don’t like to complain however Joe helped me out and the service joe provided was the best I could have asked for . My problem was addressed straight away and sorted almost immediately. Joe understood from my point of view and I couldn’t have asked for better support. I would recommend prestige to anyone! They are the best !🩷🩷

The hair is great quality that lasts very well and they have a great colour range! I bought some 18inch nanos

I bought some 18inch nanos, the hair itself isn’t too bad but the metal top isn’t long enough it’s way too short for beads to grip onto they just slip out. Total waste of money if you ask me find somewhere else to buy hair

Do not order from Prestige if you want to receive the hair

So disappointed. Ordered on the 18th of June so that I had plenty of time for them to come for my wedding (mid July). Chose Royal Mail (4-5 days I believe). I still haven't received the order. Prestige are saying that they are investigating, however, this may take 30 days! I cannot afford anymore hair extensions for my wedding until I get the refund from them.
So upset by this.
I definitely will not be recommending this brand to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My order was missing a bundle. I had personally opened it the minute it arrived. So noway it could have been lost or Fallon out.
Prestige checked there cctv and claimed all 3 bundles were packaged. They sent me photos of the cctv to prove it, except there was no clear image of the hair being posted or proof of my address so it could have been anyone’s. I tried to be really nice but was told I wasn’t allowed to order as I was accusing them of lying.
I was given a refund for my colour ring I invested in previously, but I’m still at a loss as I never received the missing bundle of hair. I had re-ordered another bundle in the mean time hoping prestige would sort out the matter. If I was lying I wouldn’t have done that. Im so upset about this. Now £100 down. I will never recommend this company.

Hello Shelley, and thanks for trying us after moving from another supplier

We sent you screen shots of the cctv in May 2025 and also offered to send you the full video. I have watched the whole video and I can personally confirm all 3 items were scanned and packed correctly.

The scanners which scan each items barcode on your order are time stamped and match the time stamped cctv, this is how we can prove that it is your order shown in those images. There is a more detailed dashboard that shows who packed your order, the time your order invoice was scanned and the precise second each item was scanned within that order. These scans match our CCTV and confirm this is your order in the pictures.

We have implemented this robust system due to the high number of false or fraudulent missing item claims we receive and the high value of the products we sell. If there is ever any doubt we would always take your word for it but on this occasion we can prove 100% the items were packed correctly and delivered to you untampered.

You have also confirmed the parcel arrived untampered and you opened it yourself. The only possible explanation is that when you first opened the parcel, a pack dropped on the floor or into a draw or maybe a bin, but all 3 packs were in that parcel when it was shipped and first opened by you. We are not responsible for any items you have lost after they have been delivered.

We have all the above evidence saved and can provide it to you or your bank/solicitor if you wish to start a charge back or commence small claims court proceedings. If we could not prove all items were packed you would certainly win a charge back/small claims court.

Whenever there is any doubt we would always refund you but in this instance we can prove with certainty that all items were delivered. We offered to refund your colour rings if they were returned because you had recently moved over to us from another supplier and we could no longer offer you a business account due to this dispute remaining unresolved.

Massive colour fade, paid for higher quality hair which is supposed to be guaranteed for 6 months, only had it in for four, my hairdresser has emailed to advise and you won’t do anything about it, very disappointing, what the point of the guarantee then ?
