Thoughtful and Appreciated Experience
Thanks for making this possible and for promptly correcting the error on the certificate-I truly appreciate it. The added bonus of planting a few more trees is a thoughtful and commendable gesture. Thank you again for your help.

Great gift !
I recently purchased two Lordship Titles as gifts—one for a baby and one for an adult—and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They made such fun, unique, and memorable gifts that were very well received. Jennifer provided excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me updated every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a unique and special gift.

No communication, no items
15 days and several emails, not a single reply or update. They gladly take your money though!
I will now be going through the bank to get my money back.

Resposta da Prestige Titles
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and wanted to explain what happened on our end.
Your order was submitted without a name for the title pack, so we attempted to contact you to ask for this. We replied to every one of your support tickets, but it appears our responses haven't been reaching you. We're not sure if they've been caught by a spam filter or there's been another issue with delivery, but we want to assure you we have been trying to reach you throughout.
Since we haven't been able to get through to you, we've now processed a full refund so you're not left out of pocket. There's no need to go through your bank as the refund has already been issued.
We're genuinely sorry we couldn't get this resolved sooner. We would be grateful if you'd consider updating your review if you agree we have done all we can from our side.
If you'd like to get back in touch, we're always available via email, just be aware our responses may be sitting in a spam folder by mistake.
Best regards,
The Prestige Titles Team

Best experience ever, being a Lord.
Having purchased a Ladyship title for my wife - a birthday present. She so enjoyed her title wlth friends and introducing herself as Lady Susan to strangers, she had a great time, sadly now passed away, in memory I went to Prestige Titles and am now Lord Alan, I too am enjoying my title. I have to say Prstige Titles are a great company, the cetificates are supurb and the associated paperwork showing who, and how to change you Driving licence, Dr. Surgeries etc. Please give it a go, you will not regret it. Enjoy.

Dear Lord Alan,
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt review. We're truly touched to hear about the joy the Lady title brought to Lady Susan, and we're so sorry for your loss.
It means the world to us that you chose to honour her memory by becoming Lord Alan yourself, and that the experience has brought you the same enjoyment. Knowing that our title packs have played a part in such a meaningful story is exactly why we do what we do.
Thank you so much for recommending us, and we hope you continue to enjoy every moment of being Lord Alan.

Nice Lord title pack
Nice Lord title pack, with various documents, unfortunately my bank, said no to changing my bank cards , as it was bought, same with the DVLA , I did open a new Hugh street bank account, showed then the documents, and rather were okay with it, so depends who you bank with , and maybe just maybe, somebody might do it at the DVLA.

Dear Marko,
Thank you for your review. We're glad you're happy with the Lord title pack and the documents included!
We're sorry to see the low rating, as it sounds like you've had a mostly positive experience with the pack itself. We do make it clear on our website that acceptance of the title can vary depending on the organisation, but it's great to hear you had success opening a new account with your title. Many of our customers find the same, and it's always worth presenting your documents confidently.
We hope you enjoy using your title, and if there's ever anything we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards,
The Prestige Titles Team
Awful experience and service
Awful experience and service. Made my order with the promise documents would be dispatched in 2 to 3 days. Here we are a full week later, no documents, no tracking number, no confirmation that anything has been sent. Have sent five (5) emails to customer service and received zero response. Now having to take matter up with credit card company.

Dear Matt,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the frustrating experience you've described.
We take every customer's order and communication seriously, so this was concerning to read. We've checked our support inbox and unfortunately cannot find any outstanding tickets matching your name. Our team typically replies within hours, and our maximum response time is 24 hours Monday to Friday, so we're keen to understand what may have happened here.
We would love to get this resolved for you immediately and give you a full update on your order. We've requested your information via Trustpilot, so you should receive an email where you can share your name and email address with us. Once we have those details, we can locate your order and get everything sorted straight away.
Rest assured, we will make this right for you.

Customer service excellent
I ordered two of these and realised straight away I had spelled the name wrong, within an hour of purchase on Easter Sunday I emailed to change the spelling with no reply.
However, after Easter was over I got a reply and was able to change the spelling unfortunately the original one had already been posted but they sent the amended one out free of charge. Massive thumbs up to customer service and would highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I've used Prestige Titles, and once again, they have gone above & beyond to make my experience absolutely awesome.
So, firstly :- Thank you Jennifer, for your outstanding customer service.
And, secondly:- Thank you Prestige Titles, for providing a fantastic product, which lights up the face of the recipient, and will create a guaranteed talking point, every single time it's mentioned or viewed.
Anyone can buy a box of chocolates, bunch of flowers or bottle of alcohol that's basically forgotten about after a few weeks, but this gift literally lasts a lifetime.
Thanks again, you guys have genuinely made someone feel special... 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

dvla WILL NOT recognise what they call " brought titles"
dvla WILL NOT recognise what they call "brought titles" i have gone as high as i can go and have just received a letter from dvla stating that they will not and have not put these types of titles on their licenses. when i informed prestige they said that it was up to the discretion of the dvla. banks will not except them either, they are just just expensive pretty paper.

Dear Mr Smith,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear how frustrating this has been for you.
We completely understand how disappointing it feels when an organisation refuses to update their records. Many customers, including members of our own team, have updated documents including driving licences and bank cards without issue.
However, we are always transparent on our website that acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the organisation, and sometimes even the individual staff member, processing the application. While the change of title itself remains valid, each organisation has its own internal policies on what they will or won’t update on their systems, which unfortunately we cannot control or guarantee.
We truly do appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, even if outcomes can vary between applications.
Kind regards,
The Prestige Titles Team
