I buy my van form prestigio very happy very good service

Having found the car I was looking for, a second car doubling up as a vehicle capable of transporting my large RC model aircraft, I decided to make the purchase with Prestigio cars. Having had a full hip replacement I needed to place my trust in this ( what appeared to be) a reputable car dealership ship. This turned out to be a colossal mistake and probably one of my biggest in 66 years! Due to my inability to drive for 6 weeks I decided to ask for the car to be delivered. A zero tax, 65-75mpg 1.5 Diesel estate is now quite rare as Dacia no longer produces this version of the Logan MCV. I paid over £4000 for this 2015 car. It should have been A.1 mint for that price. It was delivered filthy dirty inside and out with a foul smell of damp dog! One key only. It drove well but that was the only good part. I had to pay 1/2 towards a new cam belt as it was almost due and a full interior valet inside due to the stink and dog hair everywhere! I sold the car yesterday ( 6 months later) and it was a struggle to get £2000 from carwow. Apparently the front right side was aligned due to collision damage which to be honest I hadn’t noticed. In my opinion, based on these facts this company overcharged me for this vehicle and took full advantage of my need to have it delivered ( cost £400) My advice is to avoid Presigio cars as they are very dishonest and are not reputable. I feel totally justified in shaming them.

Bought a van earlier this year head gasket went within 20 days they fixed it but sent it back with no coolant then in august a bolt fell out and the turbo has blown so I rang several times to get a refund which is law in the consumer rights act they Tod me I have warranty which I paid for so I rang as warranty only to be told there is no warranty on that van and they haven’t done anything in over a week and constantly ignore you.Please don’t buy anything from these guys they are completely useless and don’t have any after care at all

If I could give less than 1* I absolutely would. I was delivered a car from them on 30th of July. Not only did it arrive DIRTY with crisps and McDonald’s rubbish in the boot as well as tree branches on the back seats and in the crevices of the doors. It had no screen wash in it, two flat tyres and a squeaky brake pedal. After 9 days I rejected the vehicle as not fit for purpose. Thank the Lord I did because as I got into the car to drive home, the car wouldn’t even start. All the dashboard lights came on. The car has been at a standstill for 9 days now. No response from there team. No confirmation or organisation of collection. I’m still having to pay for this car. They couldn’t care less about there customers. Harry wormwood springs to mind with this company. Absolutely diabolical group of people. Rude and ignorant when questioned on the cars they sell. Plenty of google reviews confirm selling broken and dirty cars is a common practice. Stay clear of this dealership. Horrendous.

I recently bought a van from Prestigio Cars and was very unlucky to have a couple of minor issues shortly after purchase – these were no fault of the dealer. The team were extremely helpful, handling everything professionally and getting the problems rectified quickly. Communication was excellent throughout, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend them for their great customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Disgusting customer service and dodgy cars mis-sold to the public. Please avoid these dishonest crooks at all costs!
