The quality of the Coffee is excellent
The quality of the Coffee is excellent. I have so enjoyed the authentic taste after trying so many instant coffees
The packing design is great and enhancing the experience of using the coffee. The delivery was very quick and parcelled to protect the tin of coffee I purchased. Price was excellent for the quality of the coffee.

The ordering system led to weekly…
The ordering system led to weekly delivery which I didn’t want. The coffee was not as described. Poor taste, poor value for money. A refund and cancellation of all deliveries would be appreciated.

Pros and Cons
On the plus side, the coffee itself was decent, which is the most important thing. Unfortunately, it took longer to reach me than the postage time I paid for, and the packaging itself isn't particularly travel-friendly.

Decaf is excellent
Decaf is excellent! I’ve tried the half-caf and decaf and honestly the instant and coffee bags are the best I’ve had. Really good coffee and if I ever leave it out in the office it’s always the first to be nabbed up at break time!

This coffee is hands down the best coffee I have had from home. My household have been loyal customers since launch and I can’t see us going anywhere else! The coffee bags are also a game changer!

This is the perfect instant coffee available for online orders. It tastes absolutely amazing, smooth but full of flavour, both decaf and house blend, we can't fault it at all. The 500gr tins are the perfect options as well. The only thing I'd like is a reorder reminder before my next delivery is due.

I guess it’s all a matter of taste
My search for a strong coffee tasting coffee continues. I have tried numerous and thought I’d splash out on Presto Intenso from Waitrose. Lovely packaging and I always love the smell when coffee is first opened however with this nothing, so I made a cup hmmm odd mild aroma and I suppose it could be called coffee but not as mere mortals expect. I’m no connoisseur so maybe coffee experts would rave about complex flavours in there but it ain’t for me nor I suspect many others.

Very Poor delivery and customer services
Order for a gift for my brother's birthday. Order remains 'unfulfilled' nearly 2 weeks later. I've email their customer services to see what the delay is, but no reply. Totally disappointed - would not recommend :(

Avoid! SCAM
I placed this order on the 11th November. It is ridiculous that it has not arrived yet - 3 weeks later. This is very bad customer service. I have sent many many emails and attempts to contact but they are not replying. They are just stealing money - AVOID
