This is a sham company pretending to be American. Shipping comes from China and Incredibly poor quality materials and items. I told them I wanted to return to shirts and they said they could give me a 20% refund and not even to mail the items back! Crooks!

This is a total fraud site. It is no where in USA. All the products are cheap China made, not even new just refurbished items shipped with tags cut out and cheap wrapped plastic packaging. Customer service wants to offer 20% refund and to keep the product. They are not even honoring their own refund policies. Just a scam site to get customer buy the products, send cheap items and have them tangled in the the whole refund process later. DO NOT TRUST THE SITE.

I ordered a pair of 100% leather sandals, leather uppers, leather stacked heels, leather lining, as advertised on Preston Hayes website, which I have a screenshot of. I received a pair of vinyl sandals, three sizes too big sent in a mailing envelope damaged and they offered me a 20% refund. Do yourself a favor don’t buy from PrestonHays

The heels on this site were so good looking I just had to get a pair. The shipping was a little slow but when i got my order I wasn't mad anymore. The heels were jsut as pictured, maybe even better!

BUYER BEWARE!! The open-toe sandals I ordered from this company (for $55) look cheaper than a pair of sandals one would purchase from the Dollar Store. They arrived wrapped in what appears to be a torn garbage bag. I am trying to get a refund (it says on the site that you can be refunded). I keep getting the runaround: how about 20% off and you keep the shoes? NO? How about 40% off and you keep the shoes. UGGGHHH.

the fisherman sandals are top knotch quality and comfort and I've even owned Prada fisherman sandals and these are very comparable at a way cheaper price.

Purchased a pair of new men’s boots from this company. They were represented as being genuine leather. They are junk vinyl and have an awful chemical smell. Company’s website says they are in New York. After contacting them it took 8 days to get them to agree to refund. They kept offering increasing refund percentages to keep the boots. I declined and finally they said I have to send them to the UK. Shipping back to the UK is cost prohibitive. Big scam. There is another reported incident with BBB that is identical to my situation.

My order ended up being delayed a week because of an issue with the shipping company, so I wasn't happy about that. When my dress did arrive, it fit amazing and was super comforable, I'm super happy that it made it in time for my daughters wedding

I ordered a summer dress three weeks ago. I agree with everyone that the web site is misleading. First of all the dress came directly from China and not New York. The photo of the dress on the site made it look very soft and comfy, a flowy cottony fabric. I will admit that a fabric identification was nowhere on the site and i was trusting the look of the dress on the photo. The dress arrived today and it is horribly and cheaply made and the fabric must be acetate or some other plastic synthetic. The colors and design on the fabric only vaguely resemble the photo. There are no tags anywhere on the dress, neither with the fabric description, the size, or the name Preston Hayes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish i had read reviews on this site before purchasing the dress.

I got some shades from here and they look so cool and they keep my eyes from hurting!

I got a pair of leather shoes and they look super good and high-end. The insoles are also comfortable and my feet haven't hurt from wearing them. I will be getting another color soon!

This website says the company is based in New York...and presents itself as a luxury storefront "A standard set in Boston, and completed in the silence of Manhattan". I now know this is a lie. I realized the company is based in China after receiving the shipping information for the shoes I ordered. It took over 2 weeks to receive the shoes that arrived this morning. They were delivered only in plastic wrap, tightly taped together, not a shoe box. I ordered a size 7 and was delivered 38B (which is 7/12 to 8 in US)-- the shoes are about 1 size too big. Additionally, the shoes have low-quality, clear vinyl in the middle section, and the pictures on the product page have clearly been altered to remove it (makes the shoes feel extra cheap). Instead of the Preston Hayes name anywhere on the shoes, simply the words "fashion, fashion, fashion" are imprinted upon the cheap bottom side of the sole. The shoes also have a putrid smell. Everything about this website and experience is misleading and a rip-off. I should have known better by the price, it was listed as a sale so I fell for it. I need to return the shoes and I'll have to pay to send them back to China. Don't buy from Preston Hayes!

Do not buy. It’s a scam, their linen shirt is cheap polyester. I will be submitting an Amex chargeback.

Not sure who they fool

After receiving my shoes about two weeks after my purchase and finding that they didn’t fit, I requested a return address to return the shoes for a full refund. I am aware that I have to pay for shipping. Several times, the representative tried to barter a refund of 75% for a different size, 20% refund and then 40% refund and keep the shoes that don’t fit. In fact the shoes have no size printed anywhere on the shoes. I gave up and quit communicating. I’m donating the shoes to charity.

I ordered 3 Kyoto Men's Lightweight Linen Cotton Japanese Style Shirts in different colors. After a long delivery time, I received 3 shirts CLEARLY not the Large I ordered. I say "clearly" because all the labels inside the shirts were cut off...nothing saying Preston Hayes and nothing indicating the size. And this disappointing package arrived nearly 2 full weeks after ordering.

I have attempted to contact Preston Hayes Sales for the past 2 weeks without receiving a response. At this point, I'm $150 into 3 too-small shirts with no recourse and no refund.

ABSOULTELY ABSURD purchasing experience. I consider this a SCAM SITE based on how I've been treated.

Grabbed a few linen shirts from Preston Hayes and was super impressed. The linen feels super high quality, the fit was perfect for me, and it keeps me cool and stylish in the hot summer weather. Highly recommend.
