I can't begin to say how happy I am with this company. This was the first time I had used them. It was so easy to upload my PDF and choose the bindings I wanted. And I got the books in one week! The quality is very good and above my expectations. Will definitely do business with again. Highly recommend!

I have used the software multiple times for both books and calendars, and the workflow was straightforward and the results what I expected. The promised delivery dates were met even during the busy December rush.

I have trusted Presto Photo to print many versions of my architecture portfolio over more than a decade. And now when it is time to print a photo/guest book for my dad's funeral, there isn't anyone else I would trust to do the work. Their books are works of art and I highly recommend them. They will treat your work like it is their only and highest mission.

I found the company through Google. The ease of the website, the follow up communication, and the overall customer service has been the best I've seen with an online company. The first books I ordered a couple of years ago came out fantastic and Presto worked hard to get them done in time! I most recently used them for a similar project and they nailed every aspect: Quality, Speed, Communication! Highly Recommend!

Overall, very happy. There's a learning curve for software and it can be little glitchy but once i got the hang of it, i was able to design exactly what i wanted. the finished books look great and i ended up ordering extras.

I'd give them 5 stars but I had trouble selecting the Post Office as my preferred delivery method. Rural destinations aren't served by FedEx or other couriers, at all, period. Has to be the post office.

"I have had Presto Photo print several different books for me over the last few years and they have done a great 5-star job every time. My last book I needed a dust cover that I forgot to order, and they were very helpful and delivered one within days. I just received my most recent book today which both looks great and arrived much earlier than the date given when I ordered it. They under promised and over delivered again. I will continue to print books using Presto Photo and I highly recommend them.

What a great experience! I had no idea what I was ordering when I initially ordered. Customer Service emailed a day or two after, they explained what I ordered and that another product was the better option for what I was trying to create. After figuring everything out the kids book was delivered to our house just a couple of days later. Just amazing customer service. Thank you so much!!

Was totally unfamiliar with the process and needed a lot of assistance from my tech-savvy daughter, but once she guided me through the steps, everything went very smoothly . The order was received even quicker than expected and the quality of the book was much more than I anticipated. I’ll recommend Presto Photo to anyone who has a printing need. Great work you guys!!!

I love the options available: make the pages different colors, move the pages to different areas of the book, enlarge the pics, all the different templet options for amount of pictures per page! I have made 6 books now, and love the layflat pages, the clarity of the pictures and the color of the pictures... I can make the books with a lot of pages or a few. I can put several pics on the front or back cover or one, and add titles. I had a little issue with corners of a book being dented, and it was for a gift. I let the company know and they had another one to me in nothing flat! No hassles at all! I love working with Presto Photos!!

I have been using Presto Photo ever since Apple discontinued printing books and have been consistently pleased with their products. There is a wide array of sizes, bindings, and paper available and turnaround is quick. What particularly stands out about Presto Photo, however, is its customer service. I have always felt that they truly care about making me happy. The response time is quick and my questions and requests have always been addressed to my satisfaction. I wish them continued and well-deserved success.

I love Presto. I just completed my 10th book with them. The only reason they don't get a 5 star review is that I have always had trouble with making a new gallery of photos. I go through the procedure and I end up getting an old gallery. I end up just adding photos to it, and move on. My wife uses another company and pays twice the price for the same quality. Oh well! Turn around time is always good.

I love the hardcover lay flat book. The cover is sturdy besides being beautiful. The lay flat feature optimizes viewing the pages and is so much better than a book where you almost have to break the spine to see everything.
I would give more than five stars for the stellar customer service if it were possible. The first books that I got had page numbers cut off even though I had used the Preview option. When I complained, PrestoPhoto sent me two new books with no charge. When I had questions they were answered very quickly, and once it was ready for printing, it went immediately and shipped within a couple of days.
The printing is very good. My book is made up of old photographs so it is black-and-white and I can't comment on color. It is almost as good as my previous edition which I had printed by Apple (and the Apple printing was perfect).

PrestoPhoto is the only source I found after exhaustive research that can create a photo book out of a PDF file and do it perfectly. My alternative was to re-create my original book from scratch and this saved me from the work and expense. I highly recommend this company.

YOU BUILT A WEBSITE WHERE I WANT SOMEONE TO PUBLISH MY BOOKS, BUT YOU TURN IT AROUND AND TELL ME HOW TO DO EVERYTHING, SO YOUR PRINTERS CAN JUST SIT THERE AND RAKE IN MONEY DOING ONLY JOBS THAT FALL IN LINE WITH THEIR NARROW PARAMETERS LIKE THE TYPE OF PAPER I NEED TO USE AND THE SIZE OF MY BOOKS.
