My daughter's custom jordans arrived this morning after a 6 week wait.
One of the logos is barely visible where too much paint had been put over it. Contacted cistomer service, complete refusal to do anything other than offer me 15% off on a future purchase!!! Utterly ripped off... would you buy 2 shoes that didn't match in a shop??? I will be pursuing this and doing what I can to be refunded. No customer service skills what so ever just flat refusal to take responsibility. Avoid using this seller .

I ordered 2 different pairs of shoes, was a bit worried as I hadn’t ordered from here before but I 100% recommend.
The shoes came in just over a month, look even better in person than they do on site and so comfortable to wear!

Item not received after 6 weeks despite being advertised as ready for immediate dispatch. Really disappointed because I had wanted to buy the item for a very long time. Seller didn’t give any delivery estimates when questioned but was polite and apologetic. Gone through Clearpay for a refund but am yet to receive one. I’ve given 2 stars as I understand how much pressure comes with running an independent creative business.

Bought my partner a pair of trainers which the quality wasn’t the best they started to come apart at certain bits so was extremely frustrating and disappointed in the quality so messaged the company and almost immediately they got back to me, apologised and advised they would send out my partner a new pair that would be of better quality. They had went above and beyond to sort the issue. The new trainers are amazing the quality much better so I am extremely happy.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday, usually these shoes take 4-6 weeks but after telling Prettyie about my daughters birthday she ensured that the shoes were with us within 4 days in time for her birthday. My daughter loves her new shoes, we will definitely be buying some more. 5 stars for amazing quality and customer service!
