Great Business
I have been ordering through Price Rite Mart for a little while now and I've never had a problem.
Their prices are reasonable and their shipping is timely. I also love receiving emails on their discounts. Over all, this is just a great business to order your fragrances through.

Great experience
The ease of finding exactly what I wanted, the ordering and payment process was very easy. Delivery was delayed due to weather events but that is no one's fault. Overall, a very positive experience.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Received an unsealed fragrance, the plastic was undone, with a warp to the bottom of the glass bottle so I couldn’t make out the batch number to match to the box. They all but called me a liar for pointing it out. I don’t doubt the fragrance is genuine but in the fragrance world, sending something unsealed is a no, no. It could have been replaced with a tester or a fake.
In any case, it wasn’t about the fragrance, this review is about their customer service response to me implying that I’m lying…absolutely frustrating.
Yes, no doubt they will respond to my review saying they only sell 100% authentic fragrances and I could have sent it back at my own cost for a refund, but again, this is about the service which was insanely poor.
