Turns out the individual @Aloe who was unprofessional and rude to me was a sub-contractor for PrimalRS and will no longer be given work from PrimalRS and they reached out to me to apologize for the Actions of the person who was unprofessional, so I've modified my review to represent as such, the owner seems to act in a professional manner and cares about the service given to customers
