Honestly super dissapointed

Honestly super dissapointed, this is the worst quality real estate data I have ever purchased, far below Propstream and Batch Leads. I get about 1 answer per 100 dials and more than 50% are wrong numbers. They do have a nice looking website tho...

Sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience with your campaign. We took a look at your account and saw you’ve been using PrimeTracers since November and made a few purchases since then, so we’d definitely like to understand what may have caused the results you’re describing here.

Across our datasets we typically average 75–80% accuracy on contact data, and many users see 15–25%+ connection rates depending on the list and dialing setup. Results can vary by market, and things like carrier spam filtering or call labeling can also affect connection rates even when numbers themselves are valid.

First off its a phenomenal system

First off its a phenomenal system. The data is easy to filter and way more accurate than other sites I've used. The layout is clean and intuitive and the ability to stack filters to fine tune my search results is right up my alley.

I did have a small issue with my login and had to use the chat function. The automated responses were actually helpful. Then it connected me to a real human when i needed additional assistance. I got connect to Stephen M. and WOW this guy was a ninja. He walked me through troubleshooting my issue with patience and precision. The level of service I got was absolutely world class.

Service is absolutely unmatched and I've saved hundreds of dollars just in the accuracy of the skip tracing and records alone not to mention the accuracy of mortgage records. These guys are gonna put propstream out of business

Top Notch Customer Service, 10/10

I have used many other skip trace sites but Prime Tracers has by far been the best experience. The interface is simple to navigate. Mapping data files is simple. The customer service is next level. I have needed technical support on occasion and Stephen's team has been right on top of support requests. I highly recommend using Prime Tracers for all your data discovery needs.
