Prime campus really looked after our every need. Anything needing repair or property problems were fixed and resolved quickly. It was also very easy to get hold of the landlord or one of his assistants at any time.

When our flatting group were searching for flats, we wanted one in a good social location that would be great to live in as well. This flat has easily fulfilled both of those needs. Some of its better rewards are its proximity to the Marsh study centre (just three properties down the road) and being a flat with an exclusive deck and backyard. Having lived here in winter, the flat is leak free and the lounge can easily be heated cheaply from the supplied heat-pump. The Prime Campus team are always available to be contacted with small issues and follow up on them as soon as they can.

After an enjoyable year at Honeydukes it saddens me to leave, especially after the awesome management from Prime Campus. They were VERY accommodating and understanding, quickly resolving any issues that occurred. The proximity to campus was a big plus, rolling out of bed minutes before having to be at a lecture. The 52’ TV and heat pump that quickly warmed the lounge made for an enjoyable experience, and one of comfort. Great communication on behalf of the Prime Campus team, with any queries responded to promptly.

As a former property manager with Prime Campus, I can vouch for the exceptional quality of both the properties and service that the team provides. I highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Tim and the Prime Campus team!

Great property and communication. Open to discussing issues with tenants, and all were resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. Any issues with the property were dealt with expediently.

As a previous tenant and now part time employee, Prime Campus provides excellent support and guidance through flatting life with a good introduction to a property management role.

Tim was an amazing landlord, always on to it and quick to replies. Was great to explain and even comprise on not/having a cat 😜
He was the reason that made it hard to move out, you can barely find another landlord that good.
With the flat it was lovely, but very cold in winter, some days it was even colder inside than out. Unfortunately with the room my partner and I were in, we could here noise front upstairs as their lounge was above our bedroom. They were very occasionally noisy at late night. Which sometimes made it hard to sleep. The kitchen was amazing and so was the sizes of the bedrooms.

Prime Campus has been incredible. They are professional and courteous, quick to respond and great with dealing with problems.
The have a very high standard of properties, good prices and work like a well oiled machine to keep everything smooth sailing for tenants.

If i could, I'd stay with them, but unfortunately am moving away.
Full marks, Couldn't ask for more.

Tim from Prime Campus is thorough but clear and concise with his instructions, we have a clear understanding of his expectations which he sets out in a manner that is easy for us to manage.

I know of zero other student landlords who invest in local art to create a more homely and vibrant atmosphere for their tenants. This really is a testament as to how much respect Prime Campus has for those making use of their facilities!

Prime Campus I have found to be a well organised and very loyal and honest company.
As a local contractor we have worked along side Prime Campus for a number of years and have seen first hand how they operate.

Having large age gap between the tenants may be not ideal for sharing housing between university students or professionals. There is being life style and some personality differences between under 20-yrs-old and upper mid-25-yrs-old people.

Such a great company to deal with, Tim allways respond to emails promptly and nothing was ever an issue to solve, anything that went wrong or if repairs were required these were allways done with in a week of notifying him. Highly recommend Prime Campus and Tim Calder to rent a property trough! Thanks for making our first year flatting easy
