Ich habe das Unternehmen mit meinem Verdacht konfrontiert, eine Fälschung geliefert zu haben. Man wollte darauf nicht eingehen und hat mir keine Lösung angeboten. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten! Zum Glück hat mir Paypal geholfen.
Gefälschte und defekte Ware wurde geliefert. Verkäufer ist uneinsichtig und nun warte ich vergeblich seit über drei Wochen auf „neue“ Ware. Fall liegt bei Paypal
Kann nur vom Kauf abraten. Habe eine vermeidlich original Apple Case für mein iPhone 17Pro Max gekauft. Erhalten habe ich ein gefälschtes Produkt. Der Karton kommt auf Chinesisch, was erstmal nicht schlimm ist. Allerdings wurde nach dem auspacken recht schnell klar das es sich um ein Plagiat handelt. In der Kennzeichnung „designed by Apple“ etc. sind diverse Rechtschreibfehler. Verkäufer ist nicht einsichtig. Fall liegt nun zum Käuferschutz bei Paypal.

Händler erwartet nun den Rückversand in die USA. Die Kosten der Retoure übersteigen den Warenwert. Das scheint eine Masche des Händlers zu sein. Ich habe den Fake nun auch an die Rechtsabteilung von Apple gesendet. Paypal ist leider auch keine Hilfe…

A bank dispute was opened regarding this order without prior contact or supporting evidence being provided to us. Once a chargeback is initiated, the case is handled directly by the issuing bank and payment processor, and we are required to follow that formal process.
Leaving a negative review while an active bank dispute is under review is unfortunately not the appropriate way to resolve such matters. We have already submitted all relevant documentation and are fully cooperating with the bank’s investigation.
Artikel falsch gekennzeichnet. Auf Rückfragen gab es keine Antwort. Artikel konnte ich somit nicht zurückschicken.
Das Case kam schnell an. Es hat mich erst misstrauisch gemacht, da kein Impressum vorhanden war und die DHL Kennung des Versenders komisch klang (not return not seller). Aber was soll ich sagen - alles gut. Zudem bin ich froh noch ein Ledercase für das iPhone 14 Pro ergattert zu haben. Die negative Bewertung des anderen Kunden finde ich zu streng. Rücksendungen sind immer ätzend. Man muss halt genau schauen, ob es passt und dann mit dem ein oder anderen Makel klarkommen. Zudem wurden bei mir keine Versandkosten verlangt - cool.
Ich glaube hier wird versucht ein Business aufzubauen von jungen Leuten , die sich viel Mühe geben. Die Kommunikation war mehr als freundlich und prompt.

Ich rate dringend von diesem Shop ab.
Beim Kauf wurde nicht transparent angegeben, dass Rücksendungen nicht innerhalb der EU erfolgen, sondern nach Serbien. Auf dem Paket war sogar eine deutsche Absenderadresse angegeben, was den Eindruck eines deutschen Händlers erweckt hat.
Im Widerrufsfall muss man die Ware auf eigene Kosten ins Ausland zurückschicken. Die Rücksendekosten liegen bei ca. 15–25 €, was in keinem Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis steht. Ein kostenloser Rückversand oder eine Lösung ohne Rücksendung wird abgelehnt.
Das Geschäftsmodell wirkt darauf ausgelegt, Rückgaben möglichst unattraktiv zu machen.
Kommunikation war zwar formell korrekt, aber kundenunfreundlich.
Fazit: Keine Empfehlung.
