Very difficult to verify identity.

I have tried time and time again to verify my account so I can withdrawal and they keep saying my documents are not up to satisfactory. All I want to do is get my money out of this site and they are making it extremely difficult. I attempted to use my utility bill from my home town, yes the town they are trying to verify I live in and they say they can’t accept it because it doesn’t have a company name on it? I buy the water from the town, they are the company in this scenario. Very frustrating.

If I could give negative stars I would. Please please do not use this casino app. If you do make sure you read and understand thoroughly the T&Cs as they will wipe your balance out if you do t understand the bonus conditions. I lost in one swipe thousands as I’m relatively new to online casinos. Went to withdraw £1050 and had a bonus of £24. Cancelled the bonus annd with no warning lost £1050 as well and there is no come back at all, the so called support team seem to think it’s funny at prime who are a sister company of Genting that this happened. When asked why no warning this would happen told it’s in the Ts and Cs which is fine but at least give a warning when cancelling bonuses that this is going to happen. Please please do your research and avoid this terrible company and all its sister sites.

i play alot of casino sites but this has got to be one of the worse ones.
i played this morning it took forty spins to get a bonus on bonus fruits then the bonus was only £22 for £1 spins it then took me over 100 spins to get a second bonus this time was a bit better £46 again £1 spins then nothing so all in all i spent £170 to get a total of £68 bonus yet they claim rtp is around 96.8% just goes to show how rigged this site is avoid at all costs

Hilarious how the response is identical to the next person so interpersonal and caring also I did "reach out via email" and received no response there a sub set of mega casino, spin genie & prime casino they all have to odds stacked against them off great customer support yet all it is, is AI with a list of 10 response and won't go out side of that save your money people.
