Never met a seller before, but they sure knew how to wine and dine me in Japan! I wasn't expecting this kind of treatment since I've only spent $1000 but they lived up to their word of showing me around. Thank you again Prime City Comics Team! Wishing you the best in your success!

オーナー自らが世界を横断して5万ドルのアイテムを手渡しし、日本の5つ星ホテルで響21年をご馳走してくれたなんて。まさに一流の対応。また近い将来、ぜひ取引させていただきたい。

Excellent and very friendly communication from the seller from the start. Just received my parcel this morning - very quick delivery from the States to the UK in a totally secure and bomb proof package no courier could damage. The book itself is even better than expected. Such a lovely copy - with white pages - and thanks to Primecitycomics I have picked it up at a ridiculously low price. Marks out of 10 for this seller - 11. I can recommend Primecitycomics to any serious comic collector who wants lovely comics at a great price. You will not be disappointed. I wish all transactions were this smooth, easy and satisfying. Thanks. I will be buying from you again, rest assured.

I was looking for a specific Pokémon card to gift to my best friend. As the one I ordered from another store cancelled on me. I found another copy on eBay from Prime City Comics. The team there graciously upgraded the shipping to 2 day Fedex after I explained my dilemma. Great customer service. Appreciate it man!

Purchased an item from them on eBay. By some ordeal it arrived damaged however they rectified the situation in a timely manner. Great service.

Purchased a gold star Pikachu. Was out of country for vacation so the card got returned back to them. During this time to card surged 50% above the price I purchased it for. Instead of cancelling the order, they decided to overnight it back to me. With that said, there was no way I could let them pay for shipping twice so I zelled them the postage + Some extra for dinner! YOU GUYS ROCK! Keep up the great work !

Made two separate purchases with the team and they reserved the items for me no problem at negotiated prices and gave me time to think about it! Very helpful and responsive team. Extremely happy with both buys! Will continue to shop here! Thanks!

Excellent store, very good shipping and comms

Purchased a book from Prime City and was very pleased with the professional service I received. Would do business with them again and highly recommend this company.

I purchased a vintage comic book at auction that looked excellent on the outside, but contained a significant interior flaw that wasn't mentioned. They immediately acknowledged their error and gave multiple options to resolve it that were beyond my expectations, then followed through on my choice literally within minutes. Excellent service. Can't speak highly enough about their professionalism in dealing with a mistake.

They delivered the product on time. Great communication. I was very happy with how everything was treated.

FedEx lost my card in the mail but the staff was quick to send a replacement without giving me any hassle. Would buy from again

I had a Pokemon card in my cart for a week from their actual website. It went on sale and I bought it on Sunday night. They sent me an order shipping notification on Monday morning and then 20 minutes later refunded me because it was "reserved," but no part of the listing said that until AFTER I bought it. I did check their ebay store and saw that the listing sold on ebay AFTER I BOUGHT IT, but for a higher price. Customer service was responsive, but this is not a reputable seller. Avoid at all costs.

This company spends their time buying comics and other collectibles from auction websites, like Heritage Auctions, and then charging extraordinary prices above and beyond the current FMV rate. This could be 50%, or even in some cases double the current GPA or GoCollect values. They actively hunt down highly sought after items, such as White Page comics, only to hold them hostage and hammer collectors for insane mark ups. They are no friend to the hobby whatsoever - this is strictly a money gouging scheme. To make matters even more SHADY, they want you to pay via Crypto for certain books. That's what they told me on the phone and its literally written on the website. Screenshot attached! I mean are you kidding me? The owner is outright rude as all get out. I tried bringing this up to him and he could care less. Zero integrity. They're just looking for suckers to buy from them. So do yourself a favor, and DON'T! Prime City Comics is WORST COMIC COMPANY IN THE HOBBY!
