I placed an order on Tuesday 16th November but before paying I contacted a lady called Miss Dian on this number 07918106507 to confirm if I would definitely receive the products by Thursday 18th of November because I needed them for a Friday. I was promised by Miss Dian that if I placed the order today the products should be with me by Thursday and I placed the order. The following morning I received a and Tracking number. I was expecting this delivery for Thursday 18th November. By the end of the day on Thursday I contacted miss Dian via WhatsApp and she promised me that they were still in transit and should be with me by tomorrow morning the latest. I relaxed and waited for the following day but unfortunately no delivery happened on Friday 19th November either. I contacted Miss Dian again and she said to me that if I placed another order fir the same products and pad for them again than she will send these products out to me within 4 hours. I did not think it was right to pay again for the same products so I refused to do this either. Miss Dian was claiming that she could not contact the delivery company either and did not know where the products were. I waited for another day and I was in contact with Miss Dian and was demanding the delivery of the products. Miss Dian said she can get the products across to me if I paid further £100 for next day delivery! Who pays £100 for next day delivery in UK? I refused to pay £100 nd started demanding for my refund. She kept on encouraging me to be patient and they would refund me within a few minutes and this turned into hours. Now they have stopped communicating with me and I am very annoyed. Anyone thinking of placing an order with them please kindly stay well away. The company is a full scam. I will be contact someone in google to take their company off as they are taking peoples hard earned money
