Company updated me on every step of the way. Took less than a month to arrive and well packed products. Mats fit my car perfectly! Makes the car interior look better and fancier. Amazing quality and easy to install.

Heel makkelijk te bestellen en samenstellen voor mijn auto. Je krijgt tussentijds verschillende mails hoe het proces verloopt met je matten. Ik heb 20 maart besteld en vandaag 8 april zijn ze binnen. Ik had een soort rubber verwacht maar uiteindelijk zijn ze EVA-foam, wat ik met de naam eigenlijk had kunne verwachten. Dit zorgt er wel voor dat de mat zeer licht is en makkelijk schoon te maken. Ik hoop dat de kwaliteit lang zo blijft want dan is het echt een zeer goed product. De matten passen perfect in het huidige kliksysteem en er zit extra klittenband onder de mat zodat je zeker niet gaat schuiven. Door de textuur blijft je voet ook stevig staan tijdens het autorijden. Echt helemaal goedgekeurd. Ben er heel blij mee ondanks de negatieve reviews. Het is best normaal dat zo een bestelling even duurt omdat deze echt op commissie worden gemaakt.

I ordered a set of car mats and ended up paying €37 just to return them.

Dopo varie ricerche ho trovato un produttore in italia di tappetini eva ordinati sono arrivati in 2 giorni molto contento sito è tapcar .it

Comincio a credere che sia una truffa.
Sono passati 50 GG da quando ho ordinato e non mi è arrivato niente.
Scrivendo al supporto mi viene detto ogni volta che a giorni spediscono ma poi niente. Lasciate perdere

Una vera schifezza. Partendo dal fatto che sembra plasticaccia dura, 1 pezzo è arrivato con le misure sbagliate e non c'è stato il minino supporto da parte dell'azienda. Anzi, mi hanno liquidata dicendo "è in omaggio, puoi anche non usarlo". Vergogna. Ladri truffatori, per 85 euro mi sarei aspettata molto di più. VERGOGNA.

Dywaniki zamówione 24 listopada, dziś jest 27 grudnia i dalej nic nie ma. Jak się upomniałem o zamówienie po umownym terminie dostałem informację, że prubowali się ze mną skontaktować bo potrzebowali dodatkowych informacji. To kłamstwo bo żadnej informacji nie dostałem. Minęły kolejne 2 tygodnie i dalej nie mam dywaników.

I did order 2 sets for 2 cars
The first car (toyota) did fit perfectly
The 2nd car (fiat) did not totally fit (because of different car configurations)
Did contact the support, they did take the required actions, communicated togetger the exact measurements, and situation is being corrected

Things may go wrong sometimes, however what matter is the actions taken to correct it
In this case i am really satisfied with the experience.

Apart from that, quality is really good, i liked it a lot, also super easy to clean, no more mess specially when going to the beach 🏖️

Het was zeer eenvoudig om mijn automatten te bestellen, vervolgens waren er 2 type matten beschikbaar voor mijn model hier werd door het bedrijf helder over gecommuniceerd, na mijn antwoord welk type mat ik zou wensen werd ik via mail keurig op de hoogte gehouden waar in het fabricatie proces mijn matten zich bevonden, binnen de afgesproken tijd (4 weken) werden de matten bij mij thuis bezorgt. Ik heb ze meteen in mijn auto gelegd en de pasvorm en kwaliteit zijn fantastisch zelfs de bevestiging zat op de correcte plaats. Zeer zeker een aanrader

Wij hebben hier een complete automattenset besteld. Het duurde eventjes voordat het geleverd werd, maar de communicatie tussendoor was ronduit correct en duidelijk. We werden per mail op de hoogte gehouden van het hele bestel en maak proces!
De set past werkelijk perfect in onze auto en de kwaliteit is echt goed!
Een zeer tevreden klant!

Bad experience. I ordered mats and received them after 4 weeks and 3 reminders.
Car mats are not the right size and are hindering the return.

Better than expected I must say. I waited one whole month for the delivery. It requires patience. Customer service answered my questions.

Work on the delivery time! When it takes more than a month to deliver, you’ll start questioning your business legitimacy. I did.

They didnt delivered the order completely, their support is not answering at all, for the premium price the build is quite cheaply made. Completely disappointed for the price.

The manufacturer is not able to make mats. Only apologies and requests to provide information about their product, which I do not have by definition. They make the mats, not me! Filled out a refund on PayPal.

Nachdem ich ca. 6 Wochen auf die Fußmatte warten musste kam die nächste Ernüchterung.

passt nicht einmal annähernd.
Jetzt sollte ich Bilder des Fahrzeugs, sowie des Fahrzeugscheins einsenden damit der Fall bewertet werden kann.
Ansonsten Retour auf eigene Kosten. Das heißt aus Deutschland 54 Euro.
Nur gut das ich wegen der langen Wartezeit eine Gutschrift von 11 Euro erhalten habe,
Was machen Kunden, denen der Artikel schlichtweg nicht gefällt?
Nun gut Lehrgeld .Kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen
gibt es andere die keine Retourprobleme haben.
