It was Boxing day and every doctors clinic was closed. Need a doctor asap
I call Prime Medic and they organised a doctor to call me, within 5 mins I spoke to a doctor and he sent me a script to my phone.

Was phoned by a doc within min
Script and payment that was only 43$ done excellent service

I tried to book a home visit online and they rang me straight away saying no drs in my area but put me thru for a phone consultation with a dr and i was rang back in 5 mins
After talking through my symptoms he sent me e script to help until i can see my own doctor.

I really wanted to say Thank You so much for assisting me during a public holiday. The Dr was amazing and understood what position I was in due to my fly out. He helped by prescribing my everyday medication that I urgently needed to take overseas. He also ensured that I have enough for my duration overseas.
I was definitely impressed! He was very professional and kind. The time wait was correct by the representative as the Dr called during that window. Once again, Thank You to all that were involved.

Out of 3 after hours GP clinics I called, these guys were the only one available to get an appointment. Appointment was only an hour after I had requested one. Doctor was patient, empathetic & understanding. At the end of the appointment I had a prescription sent to my phone & a referral for an X-ray for when I could arrange for one. The following day I received a follow-up call to make sure all was well & to make sure I didn't require anything further. A courtesy call is always appreciated, especially in stressful situations like getting medical attention, it's easy to forget important information or questions you didn't know you had 🙂 I would 100% recommend to friends & family & would 100% use their services again!

My son needed antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection at 11pm last night it is now after 6pm the NEXT DAY and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SONS SCRIPTS
Nothing but excuses 0 help 0 care absolutely disgusting service dont use these drs they are happy to send the invoice immediately but the needed scripts nahh you can wait indefinitely

Prime Medic have been great providing repeat prescriptions. Their doctors are friendly and courteous. Certainly saves time waiting at my local clinic!
They follow up after the consultation to ensure you have received your prescription and that you are happy with their service.

Seamless easy service. My doctors clinic was damaged by a car ramming through it so I don’t have a clinic at the moment so this service was really helpful.

I contacted them through their chat, I was rung back almost straight away. I received another call when I was in the queue.
The Dr rang, he was easy to talk to, listened, gave advice and wrote me the Script I needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all no one explained how their service works, the first guy who called was just a receptionist and he was so confusing that I started thinking it was a scam. Then I get a second call from the doctor. He prescribes some bloods and breath test for me as well as medications.
Of course he forgets to mention that I needed to fast for the tests and I can't take those exact tablets that he charted for at least 7 days before doing the test. Everything was so rushed and confusing.
Useless is the only word for it.

Excellent service and always listen to your problem to help you .... Got my medication 💊 was feeling better when I had a toothache in pain they cared helped me as mush as they could with strong antibiotics and some painkillers threw the antibiotics just helped me Thanks.

I waited approx 4 hours for a phone consultation for my daughter which came in at midnight And She was prescribed the wrong antibiotic for her condition.
