I have been using PRIME MEDIC. For some time now...
The respond promptly .... it's so much better than having to go & sit in a surgery waiting to be seen...especially when your not feeling the best and probably catch something from other people there..
I am very grateful that I can stay home when I'm not feeling well and still able to talk to a Dr & still get a script, knowing that, IF the Dr feels I should be SEEN BY A DR , I shall be given the best advice to do this... PRIME MEDIC is a blessing & im grateful for this service... Thank you.........Mrs Diane Smith

Unable to get into a Dr on a long weekend, I contacted Prime Medic for a Telehealth consult. The Dr called back promptly & I received an E-script & medical certificate straight away. Very happy with the service, thank you

Very quick and simple. I got a consultation over the phone and a script in less than an hour. Competitive fees too. Totally recommend.

This is a great service for when you need medication but are too sick to get to a surgery. The Dr's are nice. They'll email you a certificate or script where needed.

Everytime I request my script as CTG for indigenous patients I am still sent a private script. I review this information with staff & the G.P upon consultation & the last two times I have still been sent a private script having to pay for my medication at full price even though I am on a concession card & I am a National Patient of Closing The Gap for my prescriptions in Australia.

This must be corrected.

When you are in need of your medication & are hit with a price you do not have at the chemist that is not good enough. Please do better in this area as in order to have it corrected.

Admin staff blocking patients from receiving adequate care or treatment as they think they’re some sort of doctor themselves thinking they know what’s best and when you ask to speak to someone higher then them they blacklist yourIP

Easy and reliable even the timing can be a little late at times

Such a helpful service. Me and my fiance primarily use this service for getting medical certificates for work which is so convenient compared to having to go to the doctors. My fiances also used it to get anti biotics during a bad infection and it was a lifesaver when our primary GP really fumbled the ball.

Taking off one star because I have had a handful of doctors be incredibly rude to me. Most of the time they've been very polite and kind but the ones that haven't have spoken to me like rubbish. I wish it was easier to put in a complaint about these doctors, last thing I want to be doing is detailing an email about how I was spoken to poorly after being spoken to poorly. I assume they have the means to listen back to calls (if not, they definitely should)

All in all 4/5, the service is convenient and offers bulk billing if you need it :)

Perfect solution to find a doctor on a Sunday evening. The consultation booking was quick and the appointment was on time . Got the prescription, certificate and medication from the pharmacy all within couple of hours. Amazing service at a reasonable price too.
