Really good experiences with this business.
Steven sent my paint really quickly after my decorator had a cancellation. Appreciate the personal approach-email was answered straight away in a friendly and efficient manner.
F&B paints at great prices-and they arrived carefully packaged in perfect condition.
Totally recommend this company-very happy customer ☺️

Good communication, price and updates. I don't think I waited more than a few days for dispatch of my order so happy with my delivery time. I would use this company again.

I will agree that the paint took a while to arrive, however the price is very good. In fact the slower pace helped me. I had ordered the wrong type of emulsion by mistake.
It took a while to find an email address, but when I did and contacted them, they agreed to change the order and good to their word the correct paint has arrived today. So thank you. Excellent customer service on something that could have been an expensive mistake.

I ordered my paint on November 7th, payment was taken (cheap, but not nothing). Given an estimated delivery date of *within* 10 working days, fine, but it's been 10 working days and I haven't even received a tracking number, never mind the paint. I've emailed customer service and not heard back yet - I understand delays happen but given over 100 pounds was taken from our account would expect better service. Would recommend spending the extra money and buying from the retailer as this delay is going to cost us the same getting the decoraters back in at a later date anyway...

I have had a very positive experience when ordering from prime paint! I did a very large order and was worried that it may not arrive in time for my contractor, but it did, and earlier than expected!! I contacted Steven through the email address provided with some queries and he was fantastic at getting back to me extremely swiftly. Fantastic customer service and will be ordering again soon. When delivery eventually arrived, one large F&B tin had obviously been dropped so tin was badly dented & paint running down side. Offered 10% off that tin, which I reluctantly accepted, as needed to start painting bedroom. No surprise that my bank account wasn’t credited with £10.80 as promised, so I had to email them again. No apology received. Really not worth the hassle, so cannot recommend PP.

I am trying to get an update on my order. I am concerned with some of the reviews over wait times and damaged goods when received. I have spoken to Farrow and Ball and they assured me you are a reputable company. Please provide an update on the status of my order. It is very strange a company with little contact Information.
I nearly didnt order because of the reviews I saw on here. But I am so glad that I did. I ordered £500 worth of paint and got a 20% discount and the order arrived a couple of days early directly from F&B.
Steven was great and answered any emails from me straight away!

Poor service. It said allow for 10 working days, but I ordered on the 1st September and here I am on the 18th with no sign of it.

Ordered paint knowing there was an 10 working day delivery estimate. Received no communication after the two weeks and no reply from customer service either. Eventually got in touch with Steven from Prime Paint who after a a bit of back and forth did get on the case. Paint did arrive after 3 weeks not sure the good price was worth the wait and hassle. Thankyou to Steven for his efforts.

Highly recommend this company, pricing is great and good service too. They seem to specialise in the high end paints which, are mixed to order so the lead times are longer than normal for some of the ranges. I ordered a large amount of Farrow and Ball not realising the standard lead time is 10 days. My decorator was running out of paint so I emailed and received a more or less instant response by email offering a perfect solution and the paint was delivered within 24 hours. Very pleased with the service I received.

I ordered 2.5litres of F&B paint on 23rd June knowing I’d have to wait around ten days for delivery but I wasn’t in a desperate rush so the discount initially seemed worth the wait. I even accepted paying £5.95 for such a bizarrely slow delivery service even though many online paint retailers offer cheaper or even free delivery within a week, often the next day. I finally had the delivery on 8th July (11 working days later, but ok) but it was the wrong colour paint. I messaged to explain their error and the next day I received an email from Steven stating that he would get the correct paint sent by 15/16th and that the wrongly sent pain would be collected the following day (9th). It is now the 16th July and I’ve just received notification from DPD that my order is still to be received, so it won’t arrive until tomorrow at the earliest. Prime Paint managed to arrange to collect the paint they wrongly sent to me within a day of being notified about their error and but rather than offering an express service like they arranged for themselves as a courtesy, they happily left me to continue waiting for more than 3 weeks since I ordered the paint I wish I’d never paid for. Incidentally, I ordered 5 litres of discounted Dulux heritage paint which was mixed to order from The Paint Shed on 13th July and it was delivered free of charge the following morning. Seriously, don’t be tempted by what appears to be a generous discount. Once you factor in the delivery charge, the time you’ll have to wait, the effort you’ll have to make if they make a mistake (read other reviews, this is clearly not an unusual incident) and the clear contempt for customer service and unless you’re talking about buying an awful lot of paint there are far better online options available. I’ve certainly learned my lesson.

I ordered 2k worth of paint and saved several hundred pounds vs norma retail. Came within a few days. Incredibly responsive team. Big shout out to Steven. Will certainly use them again next time I need paint.

Ordered on 29th June. Delivered on 7th July. Ignoring weekends that has been super quick and inside the delivery promise time lines and saved us 20% on a reasonable order. Well happy. Would highly recommend

I liked the fact that the paint was cheaper than any shop close by to me.
However they should rename their business

18 days I had to wait , when it clearly advertises delivery within 10 days.
It’s a shame their excellent response to emails isn’t replicated with their delivery times.
I would use them again but make sure I ordered well ahead. Frustrating when you have limited time off to paint.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company saying I’ve received paint but haven’t paid for it, contacted my bank which reassured me it’s been paid, threatening me with small claims court for money, disgraceful
