The Eddie Platform Kit contains a platform tray for items 1" (25.4mm) - 2" (50.8mm) high and includes two risers for items under 1" (25.4mm) high. Print on donuts, bagels, bars, or other larger treats! Maximum item size is 4.5" (114.3mm) wide x 2" (50.8mm) high.
I wish I had known about this product sooner! I had struggled with the item being too tall occasionally and always had to make extra just in case it wouldnt go through the printer! Now that I started using this platform, I have no waste!

You only need this attachment if you want to print items that are up to 2" tall. We would be happy to take it back for a full refund. Just contact our support department via live chat on our website. They'll help you out.

Super amazing! Was able to print on some marshmallows and hamburger buns using the platform kit!
This is a serious piece of machinery! Nothing is cheaply made. Definitely high quality!

Easy to install and uninstall. Makes printing on things so fast and easy. I regret not getting it sooner!
Great product but way to expensive to buy adapters for machine
Wanted to put on the platform kit, but was unable to. The two screws in the back are so tight they cant be removed.

This kit make it easy for those one print projects
So far so good. I like that it’s sturdier than the arm that comes with the machine

Hi Sandra,
Our support department reached out to you last week. They recommend you use a bigger screwdriver with a longer shank and bigger handle to get more torque. That should do the trick. Give them a call if you still are having trouble 763-475-6669.
