The reusable thermal inkjet printhead is filled with 39ml of dye-based ink to provide the most vibrant and brilliant colors for any application. By mixing Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta, it prints black as well. Primera’s limited warranty on reusable print heads is up to 4 changes of any one of the three color ink tanks. For use with the LX3000 and LX4000 Color Label Printers.

When our labels start to look fuzzy, changing the print head always does the trick! These work perfectly!!

It doesn't use all the ink before the printer says the cartridge is empty. You all are running a racket in selling a product that we have to purchase through you.

The first one went bad on me but you replaced it. So the jury is still out on the print head!

Another printhead issue This specific one bought in July is showing the same signs as the one it replaced. It was only 3 months old.

Thank you for the 5-star review of our print head. Your Print Head is warranted for a minimum of 4 changes of any one color of the three colors. If your printhead has been used less than this amount and you are unable to resolve the issue with the troubleshooting and cleaning procedures below, contact support to receive a replacement.
