Stubborn stains are gone and carpets look great!
I was unsure whether I would need to replace my bedroom and hallway carpets due to a couple of really stubborn stains (dark on a cream wool carpet) acquired over the years. I was really impressed with Prime Steam - not only have the stains completely gone but the carpets have a new lease of life. Also, he was so polite, considerate of my house and pets, and also very knowledgeable. He was very upfront about the machines used and how they worked, completed the job on time and for a really competitive price. I would happily use Prime Steam again and am happy to recommend.
