trying to get your money out of…

trying to get your money out of primevex is honestly impossible. they move really fast to take your deposit but the exact second you want to close your profile you get trapped. my agent dab swore management would phone me but he ghosted my emails. a place like Monetian actually lets you withdraw your balance without any issue. I advise everyone to steer clear of this sham company

Harassing calls

Harassing calls won't take "no" for an answer - they'll get tired before I do! I had registered an interest, but subsequently decided and communicated to them, that I was no longer interested or wished to proceed further. They ignored this and called me at least 7 times subsequently to progress the matter. This is not acceptable practice....and they still ask for more information, what is it about"I am not interested and having read other Trustpilot reviews, I do not wish to proceed" do they not understand !

Harassing calls

As per my previous review. I responsed and contacted primevex explaining what’s been happening. They said this is unacceptable and they would remove all my details . Why I am still getting constant abusive phone calls. Had another 2 this morning and 6 yesterday. Total now 58. They just won’t listen to reason. I have also responded to trustpilot with additional information as primevex said my initial review was inflammatory. This absolutely astounds me as others have reviewed them stating exactly the same issues as me. All I am asking is for the calls to please stop.

Total con. They refuse to stop calling and do not accept "REMOVE ME FROM YOUR DATABASE AND STOP CALLING ME" as an answer. Daily calls, several times a day. Their customer support dept claims "Unless you are a customer, we don't make calls" or "After checking our records, we were unable to locate you as a customer". They think they have the right harass sales prospects until they become a customer. They do not!

Trying to withdraw your money with…primevex

Trying to withdraw your money with primevex is nigh on impossible .they are very quick to get you to deposit. My agent was dan who told me management would phone me and he would personally email when I wanted to close my account but none of the above. He gas ignored my emails. I would recommend anyone interested in this sham of a company to steer well clear

Will this company ever stop calling me…

Will this company ever stop calling me FGS!!
I am AuDHD and when I’m scrolling and find something of interest I put my details in and then forget about it, I am now plagued about 3 to 4 times per day trying to coax me into signing up with them and when asked why I don’t want sign I say it’s because “I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND”, but they are not content with this answer so they ask me why I signed up if I’m not going to join, well I’m quite within my rights to change my mind so please for the umteenth time, “STOP CALLING ME” I’m pretty sure it’s bordering on harassment now and they are very aggressive in attempting to get you signed up!!!
I’m sure if this company is legitimate then one guy wouldn’t make a difference in the broader picture so please leave me alone……. I have actually blocked 5 different numbers alone today, please stop calling
