I actually ended up visiting one of the shortlisted factories in Hung Yen in march 2026. What I appreciated is that Primo didn't just send a random list of suppliers. They filtered aggressively and flagged the weak options early, which saved a lot of time.

Kelly, Alice and the team went above and beyond to assist me with finding ethical factories in Vietnam. I am a complete novice starting my own business and they were able to answer my million questions and provide invaluable advice. They took the time to really understand my product and specific needs and walked beside me, encouraging me every step of the way.
