I really like the quality of the fabrics and the print, ordered already before there and reordered now some items. Stays well after several washings.
Answers to print proofs and any questions come quickly.
There was some problem that they printed the wrong red, but they were really helpful and understanding and corrected the mistake by reprinting.

I had an issue with a couple of bits of my order arriving broken (mugs) and as soon as I emailed they quickly offered to send me new ones & reinforced the package even more to make sure they arrived safely

Great service. Had used Awesome Merchandise for years so was worried that they wouldn’t be able to do a reorder as they didn’t have proof designs of my previous orders. But they managed. Payment instructions bit odd so at first thought it was a fraudulent site as had to show proof that I had paid them . But my custom magnets are great.

Everything went well: super quick turnaround with design proofs, and very prompt delivery! The only reason it's more of a 4.5 as opposed to a 5 is the payment process. We had issues using their current business name Print.Inc, and instead, at the time, Awesome Merch worked, but this resulted in a delay in a slight delay as our payment didn't come through on their end. But overall, everything worked out in the end - thank you Print.Inc!
