Relentless spam marketing calls
Placed an order in 2022. I don't even remember what for. This year, they've called me relentlessly every few weeks to try and get me to place another order. I've asked them to delete my details and not call me on multiple occasions - no effect. I've blocked and reported their number - they call from different numbers each time.

I purchased a custom printed banner from Printed Today. I requested eyelets, but their staff advised me to use pole pockets instead, which made the banner unusable for its intended purpose.
I raised this issue on 3rd September 2025, within days of receiving the item, but the company failed to respond for over a month and a half. I eventually had to call them directly to obtain a reply and give them a final opportunity to resolve the matter.
They have since refused to replace or refund the goods, citing an internal “24-hour complaint policy” and claiming that custom goods are exempt both of which are incorrect under the sales of good act 1979.
They continue to rely on terms that unlawfully restrict consumer rights, and their conduct suggests a misunderstanding or disregard of their statutory obligations. I am referring this matter for Trading Standards’ review and possible enforcement action.

Ordered some magnetic car decals for my work car. After they arrived I placed them on flat surface for about 3 days prior to putting them on my car. They looked great. The following day it was raining. When I arrived at my destination I noticed that one side of the car vehicle the magnetic boards had come off. I drove back the same route and could not see them. The other side after I looked at them I noticed the top of the so called magnetic boards was peeling away from the car and the rain was running between the car and board.
I contacted printed today twice by email explaining this and 2 complaints forms. They told me that their refund policy was 30 days. So I pointed out only half of that time had passed. They then said there’s nothing they can do. Now they will not even reply to my calls or emails. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS USELESS SO CALLED COMPANY
Awful service, poor quality print, scammers
I ordered 6 roller banners and 1 curved 3x3m exhibition stand. The process with the print consultant Tony was painful, he was unable to provide correct proofs and claimed that he could not get access to WeTransfer files. I expressed my anxieties in signing off on the 3x3m stand as I wanted to be sure that we did not lose any images, icons or text on the edges of the stand - Tony assured me that this would not happen. At no point did he mention bleed lines or raise any issues to me that any of the art would wrap around the edges making the stand unusable. I had 2 proofs for the 3x3m stand both looked different but neither suggested any issues with bleed lines. When the stand arrived it was poor quality, scuffed, smudged ink and images, QR code and text wrapped around the edges of the stand. I raised a complaint and was told on the phone that I would get a replacement at no cost to my company. I requested this in an email and it did not arrive. My complaint was closed and I then received an email to say that the best they would offer is a 15% discount on a reprint - I have already spent almost £400 on the stand. I now realise that the links on their website to ratings do not work, nor do any of the links to their social media. I checked them on Companies House and it all looks super suspicious. I now cannot get through on the phone at all. I believe that my number has been blocked. Please please do not waste your time or money with this company. I wish that I had investigated them thoroughly before placing my order.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, sent damaged aluminium signs, with flaking off from for middle of the signs which can’t have been done in transit. Offered to replace one of the three I had ordered, even though photos showed all three damaged. Avoid this company as they are awful and don’t even sort out their own mistakes
Wish I read the reviews first
Wish I read the reviews first. The amount of time and effort to receive my banner and then to be greeted with poor printed quality. I had to go to an actual company that does these on the high street and pay 4 times the amount.
Now lots of marketing calls and emails saying am your account manager how can I make thinks right. Well reprint my banner for a start.
Extremely Disappointed
I’m very disappointed with this company’s response to my complaint. I received a product that arrived with a visible mark, even though it was advertised and paid for as brand new and in pristine condition.
When I raised the issue, the company acknowledged the mark but claimed it wasn’t significant enough to warrant a replacement or refund because it’s “not visible from a standard viewing distance.” That’s completely unacceptable — I didn’t pay for something that’s “good enough from 2 meters away.”
If a product arrives marked, it’s not pristine. The dismissive response and refusal to put things right show very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to others.

The amount of spam calls I am receiving from this company despite being on telephone preference service is appalling. I would never therefore use them again because of this.
Amazing service
Amazing service. Was trying to order on the website, got myself in a tizz, messaged on WhatsApp and was answered immediately, excellent communication, sent the artwork across, received the email to approve in less than an hour and delivered when said. The products were fantastic quality, I purchased 2 x support banners for marathon runners, and had lots of comments on them whilst there! Will definitely use again. Highly recommended

I recently placed an order for some signage which arrived broken and scratched. Customer service sent a reprint of half of my order free of charge - claiming that the scratches and disfigurations were not significant enough and had come from the courier service - despite the signs arriving in a thick layer of bubble wrap. When I disputed this I was patronised by two members of staff, one of which said 'you know how these delivery companies can be' and suggested I should 'lay the sign flat on the table and remove the bend using a hairdryer' - for £50 worth of signage I did not think this was an appropriate solution.
As compensation I was told I could re-order the signs at a discounted price - knocking £3.48 off my order which would arrive within 2-3 business days. The reliability, responsibility, customer service and professionalism of Printed Today is appalling, I would strongly advise you go with a different company.

Pleased with our order
I ordered before reading the reviews and was a little apprehensive. However I needed a banner for my babies birthday last minute and the service I received was worthy of 5stars. I approached Printed Today on Sunday afternoon and they were very responsive, took all my requirements and got to work. Well the banner arrived today and I am over the moon. It is exactly as requested and communication throughout the process was informative. Thank you guys.
Avoid, Bad Quality, Poor Customer Service
We ordered from this company. The delivered products were poor quality, had sharp edges, peeling plastic covering and damaged edges. We contacted Printed Today within 24 hours of delivery and they responded saying the damage was out of their hands.
Poor printing, terrible service
Poor printing, horrendously bad service, and poor customer data privacy / security! Why did I not check the reviews before ordering?
Ordered some foamex boards on Wednesday for next day delivery on the Thursday. I was told art work was perfect and on time (I do this often). Order was printed on time, but did not leave their facility. I got a rather bad response from one of the staff, but this was escalated, without me asking, to a complaint. I dealt with a manager there and thought all was well. They re-printed it, with the promise it'd come on Saturday. We needed it for some work on the Monday. I made this clear to them.
It did not turn up as promised on the Saturday. It eventually arrived too late, for the Monday. I reviewed it today, the Tuesday. I was shocked!
It came pixelated (I provided vector-based art work), laminate was peeling, ink splodges, poorly cut art work. It was scratched all over. The packaging was good and intact, so it is nothing to do with the courier.
The service then deteriorated badly. I suggested that they just refund what was a small amount, just £38 and we could walk our separate ways. The photos I sent, he saw and quickly admitted they were poorly printed. Rather than solving this, he pulled out the terms and conditions. He noted that it says, that you have 24 hours to report any issues and make a return, which I was unable to, as I was away all Monday (without the printed boards I needed!) They also state that you must inspect the products before accepting delivery. That is not practical and no courier would want to stand around for that. Finally, all return postage is at my expense, even where the product is not up to standard. He would not budge, so here we are.
To make matters worse, it seems that when you upload your art work to the website, it sits in a public directory on their website. Yes, my art work and all their client art work is sat publicly for all to see. You can find it with a quick Google of PDFs on their website.
There is no reason to use Printed Today. They provide bad products, bad service, bad security, and for average prices. Do yourself a favour and don't waste any time with this company. You will suffer. There are dozens of other options out there. Far better, same price, same speed.

Ordered a Gazebo, frame is fine but material doesnt fit well and not best quality. Has an issue with a missing part that should hold the back wall down but they were unable to help sort and i still get bombarded with phone offering 10% off even though i've asked them to remove me from their system. Awful company, DO NOT USE

Absolutely shocking level of customer…
Absolutely shocking level of customer service art work on foam board arrived damaged due mainly to bad packaging along with rough cut and wonky edges and ink finger marks on boards. Customer complaint department asked for photos taken 2m away and promptly said can’t see damage 🤣
