Ich hatte ein Problem und wendete mich an den Live Chat auf der Printerpix Website. Dort antwortete mir Kayla nach wenigen Minuten. sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und half mir mein Problem zu lösen.
Ich werde in Zukunft auch weiter bei Printerpix einkaufen.

Ich hatte zwar anfangs einige Probleme…
Ich hatte zwar anfangs einige Probleme den Gutschein richtig einzusetzen ,aber Anna von Support hat mir weiter geholfen. Ich habe eine große Fleecedecke machen lassen, welche total super geworden ist und die Qualität ist aus sehr gut. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Macht weitersoll.

Garry - bester Mitarbeiter ever
Garry, ein sehr engagierter Mitarbeiter von Printerpix, war der einzige, der nach etlichen Anfragen und Schilderungen meines Problems erkannt hat, wo der Fehler war. Da der Fehler auf meiner Seite lag und ich einen Gutschein falsch eingelöst hatte, konnte ich einen weiteren Gutschein von mir nicht mehr benutzen. Garry löste dieses Problem innerhalb kurzer Zeit sehr unbürokratisch. Phantastisch !!!!! Glückwunsch Printerpix zu so einem Mitarbeiter !
