I ordered 2 prints that were damaged and the company wants me to use an iron on vinyl which is insane, but no worries you can keep my money and I'll just throw out the damaged product. Furthermore I will never order anything from this company again....doesn't matter but my order number was 72205
Scam. I sent a photo and they did a proof. The received product was nothing like the proof. Most of the dogs head was cropped...the color was terrible. Has to be a Chinese company because based on the reviews...no response. I'm sure if I want a credit I'll have to return it postage paid to China. Happened before

My experience with Prints10 a company in Edison N.J. was not a good one. I had a portrait made that had a misspelling and was not notified about the misspelling. The company said they were not responsible for the misspelling..,though they have no desire to proof read the text. When I asked for an explanation , they told me to buy another print with a minimal discount. This company should be avoided at all costs

As a high-volume custom print shop, the personalized text (names, dates, etc.) on our products is printed exactly as submitted by the customer in their order. Because we process thousands of custom orders daily, we rely on customers to double-check their spelling at checkout, which is why we don’t offer manual proofreading. However, we completely understand how frustrating a typo can be. As a gesture of goodwill, we did offer you a significant discount on a replacement order, though we’re sorry this didn’t meet your expectations. I just received my custom portrait of my Doberman, Cruiser. There are no words to describe the incredible quality of his framed image. So real and lifelike!!! Incredible detail. And a few tears shed along the way since he crossed the

The colors are true and the black frame is perfect!!! It came quickly and already occupies a place of honor in my home.
I will definitely have more portraits done in the future.
I ordered a print and got it kinda fast but paid extra for a frame and all it was just cheap wood the print wrapped around.paid to much.

I ordered three canvas pictures. They looked like a lovely gift idea. The website was easy to order from and wonderful to be able to preview the personalization you would be receiving. The package arrived ahead of schedule and the finished product is beautifully done.
The picture was clear and just like it was advertised. It came on time just like they said it would. My daughter and grandchildren are going to love it.
I decided to order two family pictures for our two children with Christmas two weeks before Christmas. I was worried I wouldn’t get in time so I sent message to customer service and they sure I would and then a week later my husband wanted on for our grandson’s family. It said in ad probably would not get to after Xmas but surprised. I received in December 23rd. They are beautiful family memories and I recommend this company. They are beautiful and service was great and can American Company.

I gave this ripoff a 1, but deserves 0 stars. I ordered the I Love You More print plenty of time for Christmas. Took my $85 and today (12/19/25) was supposedly “delivered”. FedEx sends pictures when something is delivered and the picture sent to me WAS NOT MY HOUSE!! I questioned them and, despite my insistence that the picture was NOT MY HOUSE, they insisted it was. Going to PayPal was no help. They sided with the seller. So avoid this company like the plague unless you LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!
