What amazing customer service from Carol

What amazing customer service from Carol. I ordered an Olivia Dean poster to be sent to Ireland and there was all sorts of shenanigans going on between the Royal Mail holding on to the poster for an unacceptable amount of time, to customs and excise duty being charged thanks to Brexit. Carol was so responsive throughout these frustrations, and provided what I would describe as top drawer customer service and a very happy ending. And on top of that, the quality of the poster was fantastic. Thank you, Carol, and Prints4U - I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic customer service and great product.

I ordered a Teddy Swims poster, who I had just seen on his summer UK tour. Stupidly I ordered it to my old address. I used the contact us page and had a very swift reply from Carol. She could not have been more helpful. Was very understanding and polite. She also changed the address for me to my new address, without any problems. Especially as it was my fault, I am very impressed with the customer service and the product too. Will return.

I can honestly say that I have had the…

I can honestly say that I have had the best customer service experience with Carol at Print4u. Unfortunately there was an issue my poster when it arrived. However as soon as I highlighted the issue Carol was on to me straight away and sorted everything in a highly professional and courteous way. It was a pleaseure to deal with her and I would highly recommend Prints4U. I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent product and value for money.

I have put in three orders in the last couple of months and I have to say Carol, Corey and the team have been first class from order to completion. Communication was clear and timely, the goods are excellent and I would definitely recommend Prints4u.

Exceptional Customer Service

Corey and the team went above and beyond my expectations, creating a poster for a concert that i'd been to as i was having trouble finding the exact requirement. I have used this company for a few prints now and the speed and friendliness of service is second to none. Thank you for all your help and quality of output. You really do put your customers at the heart of what you do.

Prints4u made good after reviewing on Trustpilot

I made a previous negative review here as the original poster arrived damage due to Royal Mail and I was unable to get in touch with Prints4u about it, but after Prints4u read the original review here they did everything they could to make it good and resent a new poster to replace the damaged poster at no cost and so I’m leaving a good review. Thanks to Prints4u for making good on it.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service! I'm always worried about ordering from new websites but was looking for a print and this.was the only place that had it. I needn't have worried, print was sent quickly and looked amazing when it arrived. I had a problem with royal mail not delivering my post and was panicking as the print was for my sons Christmas present- prints4u went above and beyond normal helpfulness and resent my order recorded delivery at no extra cost so that it would definitely arrive for Christmas. I am so grateful and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks so much - so nice to find a company that responds quickly to emails and helps resolves problems. Thank you

Amazing company!

Such a great company to do business with. Excellent communication and super fast shipping - all the way to Canada so quickly! Emails were answered promptly. Would definitely order from them again. Thank you!

Great Store

Such a great store , with great communication and customer service.
My orders were amazing high quality ,they even got a great compliment from my framing shop. They look great with good quality frames and glass.

Arrived very well packaged and very quickly.

The customer service was excellent , very responsive to my request , shout out to Carol thank you

Fantastic service

My second order from this company - Corey was so responsive and helpful, and the quality was great. Then for my second order they’ve gone above and beyond to do a bespoke order, amazingly quick service, with fantastic customer service again. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Great customer service

Cannot fault the teams customer service!! They are brilliant! I’ve dealt with 2 team members, both of which are extremely personable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my prints.
