I took a risk and ordered from a Facebook ad. The customization was unique and no upcharge. Also no upcharge for extended sizes! Communication was swift and consistent. Product was shipped quickly and arrived sooner than expected. The quality of my order exceeded expectation. I will be ordering more from this vendor.

Item arrives 2 months late. Should probably refund me for the additional shipping tier I paid for

I placed an order in mid January which didn’t arrive until three weeks later and when it finally arrived it was a Child size instead of the Adult size I ordered. This item was supposed to be a birthday present, but due to the length of time it initially took to arrive and the fact that the wrong item was sent that moment has been lost.

In addition I sent an email with pictures of the label identifying the item as a Child size and an overall photo with a pair of eye glasses for scale, but the response was asking for additional photos with proof of measurements. I still have not received any information as to the status of a replacement or refund.

Not the “amazing customer service team is here to support you” experience advertised.

I received the incorrect item and had to ask for reshipment - so now my order will be delayed again. I really want the shirt I have ordered twice now for my husband. Fingers still crossed that I eventually receive it.

The shirt came quickly was exactly what I wanted.

I don’t understand how this country lets a China based company sell trash in the USA.

Ordered on Christmas Sweater on December 3rd nothing said about how their stuff is shipped from China as you order. I’ll be lucky to get it by New Years! Absolutely no shipping updates

It looks great and I hope my son-in-law likes it when he unwraps it on Christmas.

At the end of the purchase, I thought I was offered a discount for one of the shirts I was buying; instead it was the same shirt but it is a small. I tried contacting the vendor. And got no response. Now I'm stuck with an extra purchase I did not want and does not fit.

Was very disappointed in the order!! Web sight was very miss leading!! Will not use you again!! $17:00 for one sheet of paper is outrages!!! Plus shipping!!! Thought it was expensive for a roll but one sheet; I feel taken!!
