Absolute scam

They send a mailers to people with bad credit knowing you wont get a loan so they can put you in the biggest scam of all, debt consolidation. You can easily not pay your bills then negotiate a pay off on your own, not pay these guys while you wait months for them to make a payment...

I felt they're not really trying to help just sell.

I felt they don't really try to get you a loan it's simply a tactic to sell your their debt consolidation services. Some people may need it but fortunately I do not. Also the agent I was regrettably paired with began by trying to make me feel like my debt was insurmountable. It's not. When I told her I make enough money to pay my debts she told me I was living in a fantasy. If she would have been sympathetic and actually listened to position this entire situation would probably have had a better result.

Bait and Switch scheme.

I have been receiving letters from this organization for a year now since I built up some debt with court fees. I have looked into them and checked their reviews. Bait and Switch. I would like to be permanently removed from any future mail from your corrupt organization and left alone to get back on my own two feet without your "help"

Multiple Options

Scammers!!

We keep getting the stupid brown envelope letters these idiots send out but they are for a person who hasn’t lived in this house for years. The envelope has no return address so I got online and found the number to call. I asked if my address could be removed and the woman said “of course” and hung up on me! I called back and said “You don’t know my address, how could you remove me??” and she hung up on me again. I want to be removed from their mailing list and they lie to me and hang up on me?? So I went through all these 5 star reviews and these are all bots or paid comments I’m pretty sure. Really? NOBODY has had less than a 5 star experience except for people who have been completely scammed by this fraudulent business and given them a one star? There is NOTHING in between? Either pure excellence or scam? If you are legitimate why won’t you take me off your mailing list when asked to like you are legally obligated to? SCAMMERS.

Got a mailer from them talking about…

Got a mailer from them talking about the state of my finances, and how a loan could consolidate my debts into a manageable payment. So I applied online. Within a minute, the phone rang, and I was talking to a very cheerful Carlos Peraza.

Within 5 minutes, I was being told I didn't qualify for a loan, but they could help me. They had a payment plan for me and they would handle my creditors. I said, "Oh, like National Debt Relief or so." He said nothing like that, but it was EXACTLY like that. I said I wasn't interested, and he launched into a hard sell. Complete with insulting me and telling me if I got a loan, I would just irresponsibly run up my cards again. Very patronizing and infantilizing. Yes, I am elderly, but I still have my wits about me. I had a financial emergency that landed me in trouble, and I don't appreciate being talked down to and talked over.

If I want to deal with debt relief programs, I'll go directly to one of them, who advertise as what they are. I don't need this bait and switch, which ironically can be shortened to BS.

This company sends deceptive unsolicited mail

This company sends unsolicited mail, which is extremely misleading. It is a form of false advertising claiming that one has been "exclusively selected for an Economic Relief Loan." When you call it is "bait and switch" time. I might work with a company that was up front and honest. Why would anyone work with one that is deceptive from the first contact?

First, we want to be clear that our mailers are intended to introduce available financial programs that may be suitable based on general criteria, not to guarantee approval or create the impression of a pre-approved or exclusive offer. Any language used is meant to encourage recipients to inquire further—not to mislead or misrepresent eligibility.

When a consumer contacts us, a qualification process is conducted to determine what options—if any—may be appropriate for their specific financial situation. This may include alternatives to traditional loan products. This is not a “bait and switch,” but rather a standard evaluation process used across the financial services industry to ensure individuals are matched with solutions that are actually viable for them.

We do not benefit from confusion or miscommunication, and we do not operate with the intent to deceive. If any part of the interaction created a different impression, that is something we take seriously and will review internally, including how our messaging is presented and how calls are handled.

We also recognize that trust is critical in this space. Our goal is to provide transparent information so consumers can make informed decisions—whether they choose to move forward with us or not.

That said, the characterization of our practices as deceptive or intentionally misleading is not supported by how our process is structured or executed. We remain committed to clear communication and will continue refining our approach to ensure that standard is consistently met.

Economic relief....I don't think so

I received a pre-approved offer from Priority Plus Financial offer a consolidation loan with 5.89% interest. The offer did not say "as low as 5.89% interest". I was skeptical, so wanted to look at other reviews.

I was surprised to see their response to a negative review in December 2024. They said, "We will take your feedback into consideration for future mailings". They apparently did not take anything into consideration because my mailing was exactly like the person from Hawaii - but mine said "Economic Relief for Affected Louisiana Families".

I'm not interested in this high pressure sales tactic. My offer is getting shredded.

This is a bait and switch, record all calls what is told over the phone is contractory to what is actually done..

I was lured into this propaganda by attempting to consolidate debt into one monthly payment. At first with the initial contract Priority Plus asks for you sign the wording seems to be understanding. Then they begin to make verbal promises over the phone that contradict what happens in the next step.

The next company takes over and digitally copies your same signature into their contract. Then Priority Plus Financial comes back and gives an email on what the next steps are.

They give tips on how to ignore your creditors, but what they don't tell you is that the next company won't reach out to them, but Priority Plus Financial promises over and over they are going to be handled no need to talk to creditors because that will harm negotiations.

I screwed up, and Priority Plus Financial took advantage of me, I am looking into legal resources because thankfully things are timestamped and the chain of events have proven the Bait and Switch tactics are working in my favor.

Whatever positive reviews are here are probably not legitimate, after seeing how their practices are and the third party they use.

I've filed with Better Business Bureau's (bbb.org) website and they are not responding to my statements contradicting their terms, and also with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB.gov) and now they are are on their watchlist I guess since my case was taken.

I have been open to negotiate as you have replied on a couple occasions via the BBB and other services (which some are waiting for your reply after the evidence was presented to them and wait your rebuke).

Your reply, as formal as it sounds, sounds as simple as copy and paste as any AI program can generate. I've been here and open and gather that the evidence you have gone over and the phone calls records is proving true to the point that you're avoiding me without a public audience. Reach out if you truly believe you did nothing wrong and I will update this review if I am proven wrong. As for the off boarding process -
* Per the BBB response "this person is no longer a client" should be public soon.
And it is on the complaint for all to see. Providing more proof that this company is just a scam the works with Guardian Litigation Group and both with the ability to do and say anything to save face.

We categorically deny any assertion that our company engaged in “bait and switch” tactics, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct. These allegations are directly contradicted by our records, including executed agreements, onboarding disclosures, and recorded communications.

Our enrollment process is structured to ensure full transparency and informed consent. All clients are provided with clear, written agreements outlining the scope of services, the involvement of any third-party partners, and all material terms prior to enrollment. Any claim that a signature was “digitally copied” or transferred without authorization is false and inconsistent with our documented procedures and compliance safeguards.

We further dispute the allegation that verbal representations contradicted written terms. All client-facing communications are recorded and subject to internal quality assurance review. Based on our review, there is no evidence supporting the claim that misleading or contradictory statements were made. We are nevertheless conducting an additional audit of the file to reaffirm compliance.

Regarding creditor communications, clients receive general, industry-standard guidance. At no time are clients instructed to engage in conduct that is misleading or detrimental. We do not guarantee outcomes, nor do we represent that all creditors will participate in negotiations. These limitations are expressly disclosed in our agreements and communications.

The repeated characterization of our company and any affiliated entities as a “scam” is unfounded and constitutes a misrepresentation of material facts. We operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards, have responded to all inquiries from the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and any other appropriate authority, and will continue to respond to all inquiries. The claim that we are “avoiding” communication is demonstrably false and contradicted by documented responses across multiple channels.

As acknowledged, the complainant is no longer a client. Notwithstanding that status, we remain willing to review any specific, verifiable evidence the complainant believes has not been addressed. To date, no such evidence has been presented to substantiate the claims.

We also address the assertion that our prior response was “AI-generated.” This statement is incorrect. Our responses are prepared by our compliance team following a review of the client file, supporting documentation, and recorded communications. Characterizing a fact-based response as “generic” does not diminish or rebut the underlying evidence.

We stand firmly behind the integrity of our processes, documentation, and communications.

Any continued publication or escalation of knowingly false, misleading, or defamatory statements will be addressed through all appropriate channels. We reserve all rights to take further action as necessary to protect the company’s reputation and interests.

Reviews all look phoney

I got a post card and this seems too perfect so I checked the reviews and see one review that negative, but what got me was all the positive reviews, pretty much 1 each and every day.
Too me this looks like a baiting trick to get you to use them, so I will go ahead and pass on this.
And the card said 50k and the site says 100k
The 5.89 for 5 years on a 100k loan would have been perfect for me too since I am killing all my CC's by consolidating them.
I just got tired of hearing that my Loan to debt is bad even though I am paying them all off monthly with no problems.
So thanx to Eric Guillen I will keep looking.

Extremely misleading - You will not receive 5.89 APR

Extremely misleading - advertise a 5.89 APR rate with mailing postcard but will not offer that deal over the phone. The sales team is extremely pushy, ask very detailed questions to “offer you a deal” but to pocket the difference. When I didn’t want to answer any of the pushy questions, sales rep got extremely defensive.

Very professional

had the pleasure of speaking with Austin today regarding the Priority Plus Financial debt modification program, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for their help. From the moment the call began, Austin was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I was drowning in my minimum payments going nowhere. My agent Brandi was knowledgeable about credit and how the creditors work. I can safely say that I am saving hundreds of dollars each month and will be debt free in 3yrs. Thank you Priority Plus for helping me out of this credit card madness!!
