I thought the system was ok but I did…

I thought the system was ok but I did not like being informed until the final payment page that my return would not be available via pdf for up to one day. I need to send my taxes in now and would like to have known this earlier in the process.

Nowhere did it state I would need to mail in my transcript, this was a total scam

Hello Mark,

Thank you for using our website to complete your return. Our website only has the capability to electronically file current year tax returns, prior year returns must be printed, signed by the taxpayer, then mailed to the IRS. This information is provided to our customers on the homepage, and inside the application.

Fairly easy

Fairly easy, probably a little easier than H&R Block and certainly cheaper unless you can file for free.
