I went to the PRISM shop at VivoCity thinking I could purchase a monitor on the spot—cash and carry. However, I was told the shop does not carry stock and I had to pay for delivery. It was a wasted trip as I could have just ordered it over the phone because there wasn't even a display unit in the shop to see. I think it would help to state that in the ads so that customers don't waste time travelling to the shop. Other than this, the monitor was delivered on time and in good condition.

In both the purchases I made (Fridge and the Door Lock), the agents were clear and explained the features well. However, I would suggest them to be a bit more welcoming and cheerful. I got all the information but having a cheerful conversation could have been much more enjoyable than a cold conversaton.

The delivery process and installation is fast and hassle free. The washer dryer combo is sleek and color is nice. No noise and function is easy to navigate.

The process on Prism’s end was executed nicely. Scheduling & site survey was done in advance to avoid any unforeseen lapses. However, home owners need to do their portion as well like clarifying with HDB regrading approval and submission of documents (for 2nd compressor unit).
Installation was quite fast. The transition was smooth. Since i had a 2nd compressor unit installed, Prism customer service officer sent me the documents (to be submitted to HDB) the next day. Thank you for the positive experience. 👍👍👍

Bought a PRISM TV+. Resolution not as sharp. But could be due to programming. Still value for money given that I bought the lower range TV.

Bought a 55inch TV for my parents and the installer, Mr Ben, is super patient with us, as I wasn’t at my parents’ home, thus he have to communicate with me thru call or msg whenever my parents were confused with the TV usage😅😅

After visiting 2 stores, we already decided PRISM Monsoon washing machine. Awesome price for the almost the same functions with similar warranty offered by other brands.

They were also able to accommodate our delivery schedule. Installation and removal of old machine was hassle free.

I bought this for my adult daughter with special needs. She is very satisfied , as it is user friendly ; useful apps ; pro active with Google. Will use it as an assistive technology tool to support her living independently.
