My solicitor recommended Private Client Services.co.uk to me based on his very positive experience with this company. I have been very impressed with the caring and professional expertise PCS provided to me, when an elderly relative passed away. PCS organised vacant property insurances when my bank refused, organised an excellent house clearing operation and met with me and the valuers and finally managed the very successful auction process. I also appreciated the regular progress updates and check ins. For me and I assume my solicitor, PCS have professionally , sympathetically and calmly dealt with the problematic mess my reclusive relative unknowingly left behind; a very special service at a time when it is most needed.

Ant.. was Absolutely Brilliant, very Caring and Sensitive, towards my wife, who Lost a Family Friend very Suddenly, he bent over backwards to assist and helped tremendously, even waited till we got back from holiday, before starting the Clearing process of her friends house, Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Him and His Company…Really Trustworthy, fantastic Guy….a real Pleasure to have met and had dealings with Ant….

Extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, repeated delays and continual missed timescales resulted in months of unnecessary frustration. Despite multiple visits to the property, basic issues were only identified at a very late stage, causing further delay. Company still retains valuables. Overall, I found the service disorganised, inefficient and lacking accountability, and I would not recommend it.

From start to finish PCS were there to guide us. They were very professional but approachable and friendly. They took away so much stress and worry for us while dealing with the sale of my late brother in laws house.
