Lovely experience
I spoke with Dr Dattani for the first time ever today! What a lovely, understanding, empathetic caring doctor! He made me feel at ease and really was a pleasure to deal with as a patient to GP. Some GPs these days do not understand mental health or just daily health struggles in general if they haven’t experienced it themselves however this doctor really did make me feel listened too without any judgement. He is a credit to your practice! Thank you 🙏🏽

The clinic is very clean and lovely. However if im paying £95 for an consultation i dont expect the doctor to google my symptoms in front of me and then have a read what could it be . I could of done that myself for free

The Clinic really helped me today. Booking an appointment was very easy. The doctor I spoke to was very nice, polite and helpuful. My prescription was sent very quickly and I can now travel to Japan almost stress free. I highly recommend this service

Efficient and caring
I used this service recently being unable to get an appointment to see my own GP. I booked online and was rung promptly by a competent and sympathetic GP. She consulted with a colleague to confirm her diagnosis and I was emailed a prescription within 10 minutes. I then had a follow up appointment a few days later.
In the absence of a fit for purpose NHS this company is a lifeline.
It is not overly expensive and the care I received and the efficiency of the service was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

I visited Private Medical Clinic for a blood test and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before even attending the clinic, the admin team were extremely helpful by email. They provided clear, detailed advice about the type of blood test I needed, the cost involved, and the available appointment times. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally, which made the whole booking process very straightforward and reassuring. When I arrived at the clinic, I was impressed by how well organised everything was. The reception and admin staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. It was obvious that they value both professionalism and good customer service, which really helped put me at ease. The clinician Naima, who carried out the blood test was professional and reassuring. The procedure was quick, gentle, and clearly explained, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I felt confident as normally it's very difficult to locate my veins however Naima made this seem very easy and I didn’t feel a thing.
Overall, the combination of excellent administrative support and highly professional medical care made this a very positive experience. It is rare to find a clinic that is both so well organised and genuinely caring in how they deal with patients.
I would not hesitate to recommend Private Medical Clinic to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and professional service.

I’ve been using the clinic for a year
I’ve been using the clinic for 10 months now for my Mounjaro prescriptions. I have an underlying heart condition which means I do require a GP review. I have found the service safe and professional. Easy to get an appointment and an efficient administrative staff. Excellent private GP
