These people are fraudsters. I won $600 and tried to withdraw it but got an error message. I contacted support and they closed my account and took my winnings.

Account deactivated. No refund of initial deposit. Informed that I violated there terms of service. I have no idea what I did. I have never had problems with underdog and DraftKings. Customer service chats take hours to get any help. Had me resend my Photo ID. Do not use this app.

This app is ridiculous. Set up account, numerous deposits made and bets placed. I went to withdrawal a small dollar amount to see how long it takes. My account got flagged for review and was informed I needed to submit PICTURES of my ID, my debit card, DL, and last 4 of SSN. Was not asked for any of this extra crap when I was making deposits. The fact this company asks for all this extra stuff in order to withdrawal funds($40) is the biggest hassle and the company knows this so you will just leave the money with them until, hopefully, you win enough for it to be worth the risk of submitting sensitive information via a chat session to God knows who. Needless to say I deactivated my account. Hard rock bet app is the best. Not this joke of a company.

Customer service is no service

I reached out to customer service with the same issue as a lot of people on this form and customer service response was we will all tell you the same thing including management

Dang i should have read these reviews before joining. I had deposited 20.00 and it said the card was active on another account. I dont have another account. I got charged on my card i reached out and still no response on the chat. So im basically out 20.00 thankfully it wasnt more . I will not be using this again.

Had a bet for the under on Desmond Ridder’s passing line at 211.5 yards. ESPN, NFL, CBS Sports, and more had it marked at 208 yards… Yet Prize Picks suggested their 3rd party stat partners all have it at 212. I filed a dispute and was told that there isn’t anything they can do… Not owning up to their mistake. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I have an account with Prize Picks and have been attempting to withdraw funds to my bank account. The link from prize picks to Aeropay is not working and all I get is the loading message after entering my number. When I reached out to customer service they informed me that I would not be allowed to withdraw the funds that I had earned because I had deposited the entry fee via Apple Pay and apple pay is only available for deposits and not withdrawals. They refuse to allow me to save an approved alternative payment method such as linking a bank account. They said “If you are trying to withdraw with another bank/card - you have to connect it with your prizepicks account first by depositing (make sure its a bank/card that is allowed or is available for withdrawals as well). ​ ​Same method with paypal. PayPal is available as a withdrawal method but you first need to use it in placing a deposit into your PrizePicks account - for it to link up and show as an option in withdrawal's tab. You also have to playthrough the amount deposited to avoid playthrough error. Once those steps are done then it should show up on your withdrawals tab options.” Therefore I’m required to bet more in order to withdraw the funds I have already earned. That is abusing and deceptive. I should not be required to bet more and risk more funds in order to withdraw what I have already earned. They must allow me to save an approved payment method and withdraw without requiring me to bet more. The resolution I want is the ability to withdraw my earnings without betting more.

This app is misleading. They advertise “discounted” stats that are actually higher than the standard ones. For example, they listed Lamar Jackson’s passing line at 235.5 as a discount, while other apps had him at 223.5. Avoid using PrizePicks and choose any other app—they’re not trustworthy.

First, they don’t tell you have to play through your entire first deposit to withdraw any second the website sucks. The app sucks the betting and how you bet sucks and I even won money. I won all of my bets and made 100 bucks but just the app sucks I’ll never use it again. They should be taken down and never used. Please don’t use the app. The app sucks. Do not bet money on PrizePicks. It’s horrible horrible use DraftKings or FanDuel or hell even MGM is better.

My fellow sports betters ,be very careful with this app prize picks...My local credit union told me, theirs alot of fraud from Prize Picks...

Prizepicks is a scam and fraud they told me I had to add more money with a different payment just to withdraw which is a lie when you click on withdrawal a list of banks shows up

It's a 1 step process when they taking your money but it's a 25 step process when it's time for them to pay out. They will also need full bank access to pay you out.

I really wanted to be a frequenting customer. Everything seemed pretty cool. I'm fairly new to sports betting and unfortunately that is where the problem begins.

The bonus is super generous spend the minimum of 10 dollars and they give you 50 in promo play(1x wager requirement). I got my butt kicked and only made 30 dollars out of it. I knew there would be a learning curve and what seemingly was the perfect solution to my inexperience has become the thing that makes me not want to come back.

If you know what I am talking about then you would understand because if you google pick protection prize picks many fall victim to the terms it is backed up by. 30 bucks is just enough for a noob like me to utilize it. For 3 days you got 3 -$10 dollar 3 legged parlay insured.

I only found out about this after seeing it briefly in an email. So I headed over to the promotion page and saw that it was real. I clicked on the opt in and proceeded to make 3 illogical but (logical to me) parlays that fit those requirements. It was rushed because it was about to end as it was almost 12 am. My bets fail but I was okay with it. I learned that I should have gone with my gut feeling with the Lakers flopping.

I waited a bit and wondered if this was something you have to talk to chat about. But to my dismay I find out that clicking the big green lime HUGE sign that says opt in is not enough. Nor is it automatic in the next 3 wagers that meet the requirement. Don't get me wrong, the two agents I have spoken to so far were very professional and pretty damn good at their job. I was giving Karla a hard time and if she sees this then I sincerely apologize. I was just really salty because I wouldn't have made those risky bets without the protection. I didn't have enough time to research and consult others. I asked for someone that could maybe help with this but if you are trained in CS/ticketing then you are trained to deflect as best as you can and solve the issue to the best of your ability without escalation.

30 dollars isn't a lot. However, this is about principle. Little things like this add up and ultimately show the consumer that they don't care at all.

In my case, perhaps it was user error but in 2024 the last thing I would think about is checking a tiny small checkbox when doing my picks in a rush with a 20 minute deadline.

My biggest gripe here I am not the only one who has gone through this. The checkbox requirement is of bad taste and the technology to accept bets that meet the requirement automatically exist. This type of practice is borderline predatory.

I really saw myself coming back here as a regular but their adamant refusal to to make things right destroys my confidence in their integrity today and the future

If you guys make things right with me and make the check mark impossible to miss/ or completely remove that step with automation then you have a lifelong customer.

Scammers stole my money

I have been making a little bit of money with prizepicks.
on $2000 gambled i have won $350. But i have been mostly trusting their numbers, and now i find them changing the score to give me a loss. I made the EXACT SAME BET ON UNDERDOGG AND THEY PAID OUT. Prizepicks is acting like it can change the official score from the NHL website to whatever they want. This is TOTAL BS. and now it makes me want to go back and check all their numbers on my close bets. Its harder then you think to win on this app, and its not fair they make up their own scores.

but i can assure you they graded matthews as a 5 not a 6 like it says on the nhl offical website and underdogg gave me the win with 6

The lines are so bad it’s heavily favored towards the books. Barely any unders so it makes you take the overs.. if a prop is being chose to much, they just take it off the board, & if they don’t take it down, it’s most likely a set up & the player not gone cover. For Ex: this pass weekend for nfl PP had over 165k people choose CEE DEE LAMB over 0.5 touchdowns. But no option for “Less” just “more”. & Ofcourse he didn’t score. I’m in Florida so I get Arena, It’s so bad. Just use hardrock bet. Sure it’s not as easy to use but it’s HONEST. & you get ALL the lines for all the players over/unders. Not just players that they choose to present to you in nice fancy colors & squares. PP, It’s an app for beginners, people who can’t really read lines & understand the concept of actual sports betting. So they just pick players blindly. Another ex: say a mlb player has hit the ball atleast twice in his last 5 games. PP lines will be
over 0.5🟩 or 2.5🟥 … like mf where is the 1.5 line? & why can’t I take the UNDER 2.5? Setup. Just don’t use the app.

I downloaded this app and wanted to see how the app works. I accidentally entered the incorrect amount I wanted to bet. The app does not allow you to make changes with uploading funds and now I can't adjust the amount I would like to bet. I want to reactivate my account but will lose my money Customer service says I have to play out my funds. This is bad service. Once my funds are down, I will never use this app again. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I picked 3 players and all 3 players beat what I had picked, therefore I was a winner. PrizePicks is telling me I don’t win because it was a resettled player. I showed proof from the website PtzePicks provided that my player reached his expected yards and more. Along with the image of my selection showing the player making the yards. And, PrizePicks is refusing to pay me! Even after there representative told me on Sunday night I would be credited!

Won $300. Tried to withdraw at the end of March 2024 before leaving the country. All I received was runaround from PrizePicks personnel and no assistance. Returned from out of the country and once again on 9.5.24 tried to withdraw again. PrizePicks advised the $300 was sent to a bank on 3//23/24. I supplied my bank statements from 3/1-5/31/24 which disclosed no such alleged deposit. I demanded information as to what bank it was supposedly sent to. They refuse to supply the information. PRIZEPICKS IS A FRAUD. Filing a formal complaint with Texas Attorney General.
