Quick and simple

Really easy process from enquiring about my Scan to receiving the rsults in a timely fashion. Zak was always on hand to respond to any queries and was really friendly at the site.

What a fantastic experience, from the referral from my physio guy , within 24 hrs was offered an MRI scan with Zak. After a few emails with Zak an appointment was confirmed . Constant WhatsApp messages with updates were sent. Arrived as per instructions from Zak 10mins early and contacted with Zak upon arrival, consent forms were sent to me to fill in. Zak met me at the door of scanner and explained procedure. Ear muffs were given to me, scan completed with ease. Zak explained results would be sent to my physio within 24/48 hrs. Results were infact sent within 24 hrs. Excellent service , very professional

They accommodated and worked around our limited time availability.

I will grant them the fact they were quite efficient doing my MRI.

However, when I went back to get a CD of the scan, I was amazed at how rude both people were. They insisted no less than 6+ times that they had already given me a CD. No matter how many times I said they had not, they kept at it. With attitude, they did hand me a CD. The person behind the glass went as far as saying something about 'my son'. I do not have children, and I pointed this out. They clearly were mistaking me for someone else. I would have let it go, if they had just appogized. But, they did not.

What an incredible service from Zak and the Consultant Radiologist. The speed with which everything was conducted was excellent. Being able to refer myself saved such a lot of time and worry.
I would definitely book with ProScan again if needed. The fee was also very reasonable.

Very positive experience. Fast service, Zak a very polite member of staff, care exercised with the scan, easy parking for appointment. Reasons why not a 5 star - report issued to clinic (I have not seen or discussed it yet). A minor point perhaps but worth being aware, you are likely to sit in your car waiting to be called for your scan.

I was quite anxious at first, but Zak and the team made the experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free, giving me great peace of mind.

We arranged for my wife to have the MRI scan she needed with Pro Scan Imaging as I myself had done previously 18 months ago.
The process was again straightforward, having received a quote for the procedure and agreeing a date, time and clinic that suited us we went on to have a telephone consultation regarding my wife’s condition and reasons for wanting the scan by a doctor we were booked in.
We attended the clinic and were greeted by the technician who was going to carry out the procedure. He explained the procedure and made us feel at ease.
The scan was completed and we received the consultant’s report within 36 hours.
The whole process was very professional and simple.
The various people who dealt with us were very helpful and reassuring.
We would definitely us this company if we were to need similar services again.

I thought the process was quite brilliant actually. The appointment was quick from booking to scan. The appointment was punctual, carried out by a nice and polite professional. I was in/out in 10 minutes. Very happy.
