Have been waiting over 1 year for refund. So many excuses I have lost track. Promises but no results. One delay after another. Disgusting way to treat customers. Now I know why they don't take credit cards...it would be too easy to settle a dispute. I gave them a great review and I regret it because 1 year later I still am waiting for refund of $200..I will not give up. Probably 50 emails to them with 0 results
