I can’t say enough good things about working with this team and Jonathan! As a small business owner, marketing can feel overwhelming, and they have made such a difference for my practice. They have been incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping my business grow. I started noticing results immediately and they truly tapped into a market that I could never have done on my own.

If we could leave 0 stars we would. Our experience with Proactive Marketing was extremely disappointing and felt very misleading. We paid $6,000 after being promised 10–15 new patients per month. Over six months, we received only six actual patients—nowhere close to what was represented. Most of the other “patients” who clicked the ads appeared to be bots, fake profiles or people who had no genuine interest in scheduling.
Shortly after they began managing our marketing, our Facebook account was hacked, resulting in an additional loss of approximately $3,000. We were also disappointed to discover that they appeared to use the same recycled advertisements for multiple chiropractic offices instead of creating a customized campaign.
Even more concerning, they used our location and market information to approach other chiropractors near our office for their business. In our opinion, that is highly unprofessional and creates a clear conflict with the clients paying them to market within that area.
Based on the promises made, the poor-quality leads, the lack of results and how the relationship was handled, we cannot recommend Proactive Marketing. Chiropractic offices should ask detailed questions, get every promise in writing and carefully review the agreement before paying them.

The Proactive Team & the entire implementation process to get our practice up and running was smooth and effective. Our project manager Jonathan has been delightful to work with and is always well informed when it comes to our questions. In just one month with Proactive, we have seen our Doctors schedules increase and are achieving great results overall for the practice. We highly recommend the Proactive Program to any office in need. 5 Stars!

We’ve had such a great experience working with Proactive since taking over a practice a year ago. Growing a practice comes with a lot of moving parts, so having a team that genuinely understands our goals and works alongside us has been incredibly helpful.

We have consistency in leads and new bookings from our ads every month.
We also meet bi-weekly with our account manager, Cole, to go through the numbers, talk about what’s working, and make adjustments when needed. I really appreciate that we’re not just “set up and forgotten about” — there’s ongoing communication, support, and a real focus on getting results. Cole has done a great job in ensuring this. He is a wonderful person and responds promptly when concerns arise or we need to make some adjustments.
We’re very happy with the partnership and would absolutely recommend Proactive to other practice owners who are looking to grow their practice and reach more patients.

My name is Dr. Eddie Embry. I have been a chiropractor for over 26 years in a rural area in Kentucky. I decided to try online marketing this year because there was a drop in my practice.
